Hello house, Any issue with this? I applied for Visa but it was stamped inside my expired international passport attached to the new one. Will this create issue with immigration? |

Go back to the embassy to issue your complain? You will have to submit your passport again. |

Always take the two passports wherever you’re going, present both at the airport too, there’s no problem with that as long As they both got your informations on both passports. 1 Like |

I think u might have a problem..while not complain to the embassy to avoid embarrassment at POE? They will surely move it to the new one for u. Even if u have to pay a token, but in ur case, I don't think u will even have to pay anything as I belief it was an oversight or error |

SAT123: No issues at all. Take both passports when travelling. You will be stamped VIPP in your current passport. Visa In Previous Passport Just make sure all three names tally. Old and new passport and visa 3 Likes |

Thanks all for the comments. I wrote to the embassy and was asked to return it back to them to correct the mistake but I don’t have enough time as my travel date is very close. I will travel with it and update the house of my experience. Thanks for the knowledge sharing. |

Hello house,just as I promised. I travelled with visa stamped on expired/old passport and immigration officers didn’t even make any issue about it. I had it seemlessly from Lagos to Amsterdam to Copahagen.....Thanks all and hope the information will be useful for someone in the future. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Pls house I need to know how long it takes for canadian vsf office to get one's passport stamped as I was told by my agent to bring my passport to him for collection of visa.its 2weeks past now he said my passport is still not back..pls any info on this?? |

Good morning all, I want to say thanks to as many experienced travelers out here helping out and answering questions on time God bless all the admins …. I just got my Uk student visa and my names are over 33 characters on my passport but on the visa issued to me this is only containing just 32 Characters the last letter of my name didn’t appear …. Please does this affect the visa validity and what is the standard no of character ukvi visa can accept for people having long names like mine … Looking forward to your response . Thanks |
