I've put d oil where necessary also. But the rope cut as I was trying to put it on d pedal. Also I discovered that the rope is not as flexible as it was d last time I used it. As if it's shorter than it was before. Pls what do I do..

Hello Micheal, there is a technique how you place the needle. There is a groove that run through it and there is also a smooth path close to the tip on the needle. Ensure the groove path is pointing toward your le-t hand side while placing it. Call me on 08189956612
