How could Mt doth is to me. I do subscribe for N1200 data and after they gave me 1.5gb, they would also add bonus. But today when i subscribed for the 1200N again through auto renewal, they just gave 1.5gb without any bonus at all. What is all this nonsense? Why will I buy 1.5gb for 1200N without any bonus? 08032823621

called your cc to renew the subscription on the 23rd cos I wanted the balances rolled over into the new cycle.

After the subscription, yes my previous balances were rolled over, but only to be cleared the following morning.

The information on your website clearly says balances would be rolled over into the new cycle if renewed before expiration.

Please return my balances.

In other words, MTN terms and conditions are misleading.

Mtn why are you this heartless, wicked and cunny. How can you force me to awufu plan after I recharged via my bank. Your rude customer care agent just worsen the situation by saying it is not refundable. Please I beg in the name of God to return my airtime.

i meant to subscribed 2.5gb for #2000 but i mistakenly opt for 1.5gb for 1200 please is there anyway you can help me to reverse the sucription so that i can go for the formal (2000k) subscription?

I also experienced this... The customer service agents were just tossing me up and down... Had to use the airtime by force for calls.. I will not recharge my mtn line again... Rubbish

Hi Jide, subscribed to bundle4u for voice on 9/03/2018 and 2k was deducted from my account and was credited with the expected airtime and data, but my worry is that instead of it saying it will expire in a month time, I saw the message saying that it will expire in 10 days time. This is the message I got upon the subscription
d successfully and N500 deducted. You have N7843.7 and 675MB. Expire 2018-03-19. View bal *559*61# or *123*2# to cancel auto renewal
Note that it was 2000naira that was deducted and its value credited but with insufficient duration
