Ebuehi runs with pace, crosses into the box, headed wide by the striker.
ln a 3-5-2 formation would Ebuehi do better than Moses? at least with the crosses, it would be interesting to see how this would work out.

Moses does not cross with Nigeria so it is hard to say..

Ebuehi shows good strength and calmness under pressure... Holds off the striker and calmly passes the ball.

Sadiq Umar is enjoying his eredivise adventure.. I think, he is better than this league but not yet at Serie A level.

Modern day forwards do not have best positions but can play multiple roles depending on where the team needs them most.
you think a lewandoski can play any other place apart from top striker?

Ebuehi pushing forward more since they conceded a second, delivering several crosses. No product yet..

Please stop that nonsense, Umar baller? Umar that can't make England's regional leagues is a baller to u? Hmmm

The Umar I'm seeing is miles ahead of Tammy and he can stake a claim for a place to Russia since we wanted to take Tammy to Russia. But let's allow him grow sha. He should keep up the good work for Qatar.

I would want him to spend one more season here but with a top club like Ajax, Feyenoord or PSV. My opinion though

Seriously if Gbosaa wasn't an oldie, he might av cursed the hell outta me. grin

To sir Gbosaa nwa 042 ibe m, ekenekwa m gi. So u played with Orjinta at the popular New Haven primary school pitch? Abeg u elders should come help repair that pitch because it is a dead zone. If you tackle person for Dat pitch, bruises go full ur body. D last time I played there, I was scared of taking my bath when I got home grin

Hian, why would i swear or curse at you? I love football bro, I would have done the same thing you guys did depending on my mood...Either poke fun at the op or politely refer him to the error. I was not offended, no need for that.

I have watched and followed the national teams from under 17 to the Super Eagles. Enugu Rangers remains my favourite team. I'm quite strong on names of players and the period they played but for some reasons, I had a 'blonde' moment there trying to recall the time line of Kingsley Michael. I would have sworn he played with Iheanacho and co from under 17 in 2013 to under 20 in 2015. I'm glad someone corrected me. I would,ve noticed my error maybe after reading it again in six months or next year if no one had pointed it out. It was a mistake, it was no intention of mine to mislead anyone.

I left New Haven ages ago and not sure if the tournament still holds. You guys there should prevail on the head of the school, your councillor to assist.

Yes he can and he has. He even drifts to multiple positions during play.

The 10 men of Den Haag were putting pressure on NAC Breda before half time. Ebuehi pushed up a lot, not afraid to take on his man. Crosses have been average though.

Somewhere in between Eredivisie and Serie A is the Portuguese league. That's where he should be, for the time being at least. grin

please the crosses are they wayward or straight to the target

With good positioning of our forward players will it cause trouble for our opponents?

I'm just trying to weigh the option of crosses

Some were good/decent.. One was wayward.. In terms of crossing, Aina is the best crosser.

seems Iheanacho is trying in positioning for crosses having scored a header today and another in the qualifiers

We might be needing it in the world cup I think

He has all the skills you want from a striker, particularly physical strength and great finishing. But he also has the technique of a gifted midfield player. When he gets the ball in the middle of the pitch and distributes it to the wing, it's like watching a playmaker. The ball is his friend."... Jurgen Klopp on Lewandowski.
