Yes.... Minta sweet. I don't think Trebor is in d mkt. once ur doctor gives u the go ahead to put somtin in ur tummy, start licking minta swt first. After which u'll start to fart b4 u start drinking watery pap. Pls, avoid fufu or heavy fds for now.

exactly its my mum and MIL that has been warning me against drinking cold water because "it will slow the recovery process or cause me stomach pain". I'm always thirsty and only cold water can quench it. Lukewarm water Don tire me jare..

On the 3rd day I went to the Labour to ask the nurses, they said my hubby should have told me, na there I don start to dey mad I called him immediately he said he's fine,he's at the Neonatal ward he wasn't breathing well when the brought him out and he has to be placed on oxygen for 48hrs. He has a low pcv he may be transfused also, na so my prayer points changed, i took the handkerchief GO prayed on at redemption and placed it on his forehead and started praying. By the time they checked his pcv the 3rd day he was, I was discharged on the 4th day after the CS but baby wasn't discharged, he was discharged on the 8th day, I couldn't even tell ppl that have given until after he was discharged, that's what comes with a general hospital you will see your baby during visiting hours only or time to feed. Thank God it all ended in praise.

Welcome her sis! Please see your doctor for possible support in other to avert any miscarriage since you have a history.

You may be place on some medication or have a cerclage put in to support your pregnancy. I pray and look forward to your birth announcement.

I had cyst when I was pregnant. The doctor said it will degenerate and it did. But I heard some people have activ cysts that need surgery. I pray. Yours is different. Amen.

Amen. I was at the Gen Hospital and the gynaecologist said it's Nothing to worry about that it'll degenerate. Thanks

In my opinion, I think the hot water bathe and lukewarm drinking water is for our good. I gave birth to my first via emmergency cs, so no pressing of body. As at my baby's naming i was still looking preggy. But when I started taking the lukewarm water religiously, I saw drastic change within a month.

I went for my sis wedding exactly a month later and people who were at my naming couldn't recognize me, I had gotten back my pre pregnancy shape and my incision site was healed.

I did it for three months, so please close eye do am. You still have enough days and years to chew ice sef.

Though it's two weeks and some days, I feel like I'm healed already, and back to my old self, hence the question. That 3 month, kolewerk..

Please make sure you take all your prenatal drugs diligently (especially the folic acid at this early stage) and drink lots of water.

My dear, i started immediately oh,from hospital sef. I hardly drink room temp water, even during preggy days, water with ice was my savior. I don't know if its bad though but i didn't notice any effect.
