The test is for workforce academy not for a job opening

It different from the workforce academy stuff which is basically to train people and retain them as their staff just like graduate trainee in bank

pls,those document aforementioned did they really ask anything about it b4 the test was carried out.

ours was not for a job application, its for their graduate trainee. so we only wrote test, no oda documents was requested.

Bounced in, bounced out. Truth is if you have no problem with English passage, comprehension & all those you did back then in sec sch, the only aspect that would worry you is the basic account/maths if you're not calculation inclined & the abstract reasoning which you can overcome by practicing past questions . Calmly did the ones i was sure of 1st, then started guessing when time was against me.

please how did you apply for the fcmb role?

well, workforce assessment is not easy but you have to be fast so that u can beat the time. study your numerical reasoning very well, if possible do some practice online with saville assessment, do the ones u know first and later go back to the ones that you left undone, especially the numerical don't waste Ur time on them. Cheers!
