All the off given are in Gross, and the guy said about 20% will be deducted for HMO, Pension n co....so do the math for ur take home...this pple just dey use person catch trip

This 20% is much especially for those in billing nd sub wit d majority of d offer on d low side. Moreso, considering the working time in btw (7am - 10pm) nd many other expenses in lag. I jst pray nd hope there would b an improvement thereafter.

The working hours isn't 7am to 10pm....its a shift, 7am - 4pm, and 1pm -10pm, both timing has 1hr break, u only work 8hours evryday

No percentage was stated that will be deducted. deduction is based on the laws of FRN. Pls, be properly informed before you make statements here. stop all these them say...them say. Give ur offer letter to a lawyer to analyze.

you are very right bro, he said the same to me and that it might not reach up to 20% as they are still talking with their consultants but that would be the maximum.

I hope they will have some mode of transportation for the staff, Like staff buses especially for those resuming early and leaving late.

Moreso, d last line in d letter states dat monthly salary is subject to taxes nd other applicable statutory deductions(which i tink is ur own portion of pension contribution). If u add these two together, u wil of course get less than 15% but abv 10% depending on ur salary.
