Please help, I need advice.

My car Toyota avensis, the steering pump was spilling power steering oil from the fluid container in bonnet. Once the fluid is out the steering became hard and was making noise. I bought and replaced it with tokunbo steering pump at ladipo. The day they put the toks pump the steering was soft and the oil spilling stopped and the noise as well. After a few days the noise started again esp when am reversing. I went back to the person I bought the pump from in ladipo and he changed the pump. The problem now is after few days the steering is now hard again and making the same noise. When I called the same pump seller in ladipo he was I should service the steering rack, that does not spoil like that. I want to solve this problem once and for all.
