All I know is that I went there on the of exam, I was screened. In the exam hall, a form was given to us to fill. I filled it sincerely. The exam questions were very easy.

You have to use a poor man mentality to approach some of the questions asked about your background.
First born have an edge of getting it.

must we attend d interview only at our states of origin? because my state is far from where i live.

Me too, though have not tried submitting but it often leave the space for my State and Local Government of Origin blank after filling it, it's not being saved....

Preview ur application form to confam if saved or not,once it has appear on the application form u dont to panic

Pls is it a must both hod and registrar must sign the application forms, or is the signature of one of them alright? Also must one submit the form before the examination day or on the day of examination.

1)can I upload the photocopy of my admission letter?

2)How many photocopies of the documents are required and is there any other thing not listed that will be required?

3)am just moving on 200l, so my transcript for 100l may not be ready yet, can I still attend the interview nonetheless?

4) Would signature from just the sub-dean be acceptable?

Is it true original documents are required? Someone would need to print admission letter again, go to local government to get letter again... I don't really get that part

No its not compulsory and you are to bring the form along to the interview venue.
I signed and stamped from my Hod ONLY last year, am a beneficiary of the award.
In the same vein i want to ask if there is any other payment put in place for previous beneficiaries(last year), do we have to rewrite the exam? Is the award till graduation or is it just once? Pls any one informed should kindly clear my ignorance

No! It doesnt affect, just input the result you know you can defend and you are good to go, whether sessional or semester.
They consider all this little hiccups
