Its not Sunday to Sunday job oh, u work 5 straight days, then I think two days off...ur week can stat any day...like me, am resuming in a Saturday, I will probably work till Wednesday and get my off, the work roaster mite change again

I don't know why companies keep making this kind of error. But more often than not, there's someone collecting the remaining cash. I hope they rectify it.

Guys what are the chances of our career development at tekexpert. What skills are they adding, training in what do we expect etc any �

I have advised you guys to calm down that all will be rectified after the probation.
On resumption, it will be 3 months intensive training.
After probation, people that did extremely well will be promoted.
For once, take ur eyes off the pay and focus on the goodies to come.
If you aren't satisfy afterwards, you can move on... no one say you will work with tek experts for life.
