In addition to what OmoBende24 adviced, if you insist that you must go with your family the only option to convince VO that you will come back after your vacation is to get admission here in Nigeria, go with the evidence OF ADMISSION LETTER AND SCHOOL ID should incase he requested for it. But do not forget to mention that you have gotten admission since you were denied visa to study in US.

that someone is over 18 doesn't mean that they should have millions in their bank accts to afford them travel to wherever they want. He won't be the first person to have someone sponsor his trip. If he has an uncle willing to sponsor him, he should indicate it to the VO rather than lying and complicating issues for himself. My aunty just sponsored her childhood friend who is over 18 years to the U.S. She has sponsored friends and relatives over 18 over the past years. As long as he is able to convince the vo that he doesn't intend on migrating... he will do just fine at the interview

I was given 2 years visa to participate in a competition in USA from 12-18 but the dates of the competition will be clashing with my school exam. So I might not be able to go for the competition. Visa is N64000 which is payable at GT Bank just present a copy of your international passport
visit www.ceac.state.gov for filling your form and
www.ustraveldoc.com for booking appointment.

Ask your agent to clarify the issue now he will know what to do or explain it better since he's paid to do it.

I don't think that really matters unless you want to bear another name apart from your maiden and husband name.

Reason I said the forms are different... with Female forms no need to fill those but they may ask you at the embassy.
