realpoacher: There are so many fallacious statement you made but I want to tackle one first which is the bolded.. Who was the French ligue 1 foreign best player of the year in 1987/1988 season? Glenn Hoddle. Is he from Afghanistan? Which English player was in 2013 UEFA team of year and UEFA Champions League team of the season 2015/2016)? Which league was he playing in those seasons? Don't forget the same player was FIFA world club top scorer of 2014 season? Gareth Bale. You mean he flopped in the la Liga? Oh! He is from Pluto. Who was Real Madrid player of the year 2005/2006 season? David Beckham? No, na Guru maraji. He's from Gambia. Manchester United won the UEFA Champions League without playing any team outside EPL. Bhuuuhahaha! Oh! Less I forget. Which English player won the UEFA Champions League with Dortmond? Paul Lambert. Hmmm! He is from Benin Republic. You said none but I have given you few English players that succeeded outside U.K. Now, |

[quote author=Psittacus post=65868389] England squad for the upcoming friendly England's No.1 spot still up for grabs ahead of World Cup - Gareth Southgate BURTON, England -- England's No. 1 spot at the World Cup is still up for grabs, according to manager Gareth Southgate. Southgate has called up four goalkeepers for friendlies against Holland and Italy this month including Joe Hart and uncapped Burnley keeper Nick Pope. Stoke's Jack Butland and Everton's Jordan Pickford have also been selected. Hart was England's first-choice throughout the qualifying campaign but has started just one Premier League game since November for West Ham. "Clearly the No. 1 jersey is up for grabs," Southgate told a news conference on Thursday. "Joe has had a difficult period for his club. He had to miss game at City -- David [Moyes] did a good job in making West Ham more solid and Joe found himself out of the side. "He's got 74 caps and he's important. We don't know how the next eight to 10 weeks will pan out." Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahill, a recent England captain, is a high-profile omission with Southgate choosing instead to hand first call-ups to James Tarkowski from Burnley and Alfie Mawson from Swansea. Cahill has lost his place at Chelsea and was an unused substitute for the 3-0 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League on Wednesday. "I was really pleased with how we defended in November", Southgate added. "I wanted to look at Tarkowski and Mawson, not just for now but the future. "Then there are people like [Eric] Dier who I'd like to see in a back three. It was a very difficult call, he's a player I respect and has played a lot of qualifiers. "I think there are players not in this squad who are not out of our minds." Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook has also been called up for the first time, while Arsenal duo Danny Welbeck and Jack Wilshere return to the squad. But there is no place for Brighton striker Glenn Murray, despite the striker scoring five goals in his last six Premier League games. Manchester United defender Chris Smalling, and Michael Keane of Everton are also notable omissions. Full England squad Goalkeepers: Jack Butland (Stoke City), Joe Hart (West Ham), Jordan Pickford (Everton), Nick Pope (Burnley) Defenders: Ryan Bertrand (Southampton), Joe Gomez (Liverpool), Harry Maguire (Leicester), Alfie Mawson (Swansea), Danny Rose, Kieran Trippier (Tottenham Hotspur), John Stones, Kyle Walker (Manchester City), James Tarkowski (Burnley), Ashley Young (Manchester United) Midfielders: Dele Alli, Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur), Lewis Cook (Bournemouth), Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Liverpool), Jesse Lingard (Manchester United), Jake Livermore (West Brom), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Jack Wilshere (Arsenal) Forwards: Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Jamie Vardy (Leicester City), Danny Welbeck (Arsenal)[/quote?] Bunch of average and over hyped players. Lol @ their goalkeepers opcions. Tunísia should not let this people Cross the group stage. 1 Like |

andrew444:Seconded firminho is truly an average striker He is not world class in any way He is just benefitting from their collective team rhythm.. Had it been firminho was superb by now he would been linked with a top club... No top club is interested in him despite they need quality strikers as backup Firminho is good but he will likely flop in most bigger teams. Even Gabriel Jesus benching him is no where near world class At the moment in EPL there are only two strikers that can be considered as world class and that's Harry Kane and Aguero EPL players are fucking overrated Watch how Liverpool would be dumped in quarter finals even if they face Roma.. Salah mane and firminho will be exposed as lousy EPL showoffs 2 Likes |
