You are right.large fanbase may not translate to large voting capacity in a multiple voting platform like bbn.lolu may not have a large fanbase but their voting power is strong same as tobi.most fans prefer online votes.it can be likened to first bank which has the highest customers but zenith and GTB that has less customers have a larger deposit base due to the financial power of their customers.
