I'm a little confused now and I like to clear my doubt on this. Does the online application require me to fill the IMM 5832 Checklist? If yes, what field on my application do I upload it? Or am I suppose to attach with another document?

I applied for study visa last year and was denied and I think is because of course missmatch though what they marked on my refusal letter was Purpose of visit, Personal asset and financial status, enployment prospect and current employment situation.
ok now I want to apply again for admission and then TRV.
I studied economics with 2;2 (2.67cgpa)
Graduated in 2011
Serverd 2012 -2013
Worked as a document controller from 2014 - present
Now, 1) I dont know the best course suitable for my degree and work experince that wouldnt be a problem
2) which degree should i go for considering the fact that getting admission for masters with my gpa in canada is hard
plz what is my best short here at securing visa.
plz I need y'all advice, I want to do it right this time. Thank you.

PS; do VOs go through your old application incase u make changes(eg, incase there is a change in ur employment and ref letters as in your job description)

It depends on the inflow of fund in the account. If the highest amount deposited in the account is 100k, then 600k is a lump sum.

But, if the highest amount deposited in the account is 3m, then 600k isnt a lump sum.

Could he denied study permit due to his active application on Express entry pool .?

In the past, people have contested this particular scenario saying it might impede the smooth run of your application as the VO has pointed fingers to some applicants with dual purpose( study and express entry).

Another school of thought has also made a glaring point backed up with the immigration policies that the visa sub-classes are independent of each other. However, its always reasonable to err on the side of caution. My advise is finish up one visa application before you enter another since they are for the same country.

There have been a few who scaled through with dual intent, meaning applying for PR and TRV at the same time. One applicant was denied here and the VO explicitly pointed to his PR application as a reason to believe he would be an immigrant if granted non immigrant visa. It's your call. If I were in your shoes though, I will do the TRV first and see the outcome and if I don't succeed, I would go for the EXpress. If you do the Express first, the VO can still point to your past EXpress Entry as a reason to deny you that is why I advice TRV first.

Just to enquire as regards fixed deposit.
Does the date you start the fix deposit matter? example can one do FD say like 3 weeks or 1 month before application is sent, is it ok?or must the money be fixed 3 months prior the visa application. As I see most fixed deposits roll over after one month cycle, not sure if it states which date the fixed started.

Schools in New Founland, Labrador and Nova Scotia are generally cheaper. Cos Nobody wants to go live out there in the boonies (away from civilization). But if that floats your boat, go for it and best wishes. There are way better schools cheaper than those indicated. USASK and UNBC, two great schools are amazingly only $6k a year. Except for their MBA and a few other professional programs that are a whopping $30k a year.

In as much as you have an active EE profile, you need to certify that visa officer that you will respect the laws guiding a study permit application (TRV) i.e you're a bona-fide student and will depart at the end of your authorized stay in Canada. Then the EE won't be a problem here.

Age shouldn't be an issue too, if you can provide your study gaps and explain convinincly what you have been doing since you last left school, did you undergo any training are such, provide proof to your claims and you will be fine.

I clicked Yes.. And truly my school has given us our transcript since last year.. Do I need to go back to my school and ask them to send my transcript to the college am applying to ??.

To your first question direct it to www.google.com, they will advise you what course is relevant to Economics and it's job role.

To your second question____PGD is the way for you here since you graduated with 2.2, You might be lucky to secure a masters degree if you have 5-6 years working experience on your intended discipline. Also, there are no best short in securing visa, it all depends on how you package your application. Do the right thing by reading previously the past thread 13.


To the last bolded.... Please don't alter anything, you may decide to add some points which you think you didn't include on your previous refused application, but don't alter your JOB ROLE you filled on the IMM form, as this has already been saved on their database.

Lastly, order for your GCMS Note, as it will further give clarification on what went wrong on your application.

A bank statement is valid for 3-4weeks prior the time of visa application. So yours being on the 27th Feb, is okay.

NO! Online applicants are not suppose to fill the IMM 5832E Checklist, as the documents checklist has already been raised for them, this form is meant for paper route applicants.

If the one in your possession is dully signed and stamped by the university, you only need to collect a university envelope and send it directly to the school, using your university name as the sender via courier.

OR,

Order for your official transcripts from your university, make sure it's enclosed in a sealed university envelope, dully signed and stamped by the exams and records, send it directly yourself using your university name as the sender.
