Some should clear my doubts abeg.

I intend to apply for EOR in speaking and writing.

I understand EOR is 15k. But I need clarification as to whether this payment will vary since I am want remark for Speaking and writing. Will that amount to me paying 30k for both them?

Thanks

Thanks alot for the tip. Will work on that.

My result LRWS...8.5, 9, 7, 7 but I know I did better than getting a 7 in writing and speaking.

The plan of having an EOR is to see if my scores can improve so I can get maximum points. I just started evaluation with WES to.

I thought of applying for an EOR while working on my evaluation with WES.

I have 4yrs work experience too and possible crs score is 435. But with recent fluctuations in cut offs I might have to wait too long in the pool.

The experienced members here should please advise me on this.

a little help, people...

a friend would like to apply, but she is separated from her husband and would prefer not to involve him in her app for obvious reasons (baba fit spoli ground by not providing her the docs she needs).

1. can she apply without mentioning him at all?

2. if she declares that she is married but husband is not coming, does she need to supply any info about him?

its just a very unique situation that i have never really come across before. Any info would be appreciated.

Your results are actually pretty decent and you could get ITA sometime this year with 435. However, if you wanna do EOR, you should know you can't use the IELTS results until it's sorted.

Actually, depends. Is it "divorce" or "never married"? If it's "Divorce/Separated", I guess she has to mention him, except she likes to get a ban for misrepresentation.

2. if she declares that she is married but husband is not coming, does she need to supply any info about him?
Yes, she'd need to supply info about him and also get him to do medicals.

True. If she is legally separated with documents to show it, I don't think she will need to provide documents from him sha. Her legal documents should be enough to exempt her from POF, PCC and medical palaver. My own opinion though.

If they are still married, he could pose a threat as she would have to mention him as not accompanying but will still need his medicals and other informayion. But if they're divorced and hopefully no children between them, he may not have any chance or way to "spoil" her plans...cheers!

Guys, kindly help clarify.

I got a new passport before submitting my application post ITA because the old one had about 5 months to expire and i did not want to go through passport wahala later since i was getting for my kids at that time...and you know naija passport and paper or laminate scarcity could hit at anytime.

Question:

Do i need to notify CIC about the new passport considering the one i submitted application with is different from the one i used Pre ITA.

Experienced inputs would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.

Good morning.

I did a holding over last year at law firm but was being paid in cash(that's what happens in most cases in the firms in my city). This therefore means I don't have bank statements related to salary. I want to use the one year as a work experience because it was. Is an employment contract and a reference from my former employer enough to prove the working experience or I must accompany it with a bank Statement?

Option B, should I just be patient and do another one year before doing an EE since the current job which i started this month pays direct to my account.

Wow....this has been a long time coming.

1. Yes you can but another thing most folks recommend or have tried is having your spouse send the funds to your account and he writes a letter that its for the immigration program you both are running.

2. A deed of gift is usually a document raised by the giver of funds to support your immigration. Say your mum or friend or father or sibling is sponsoring or financing your immigration, he/she sends the money to your account and then raises a deed of gift which is simply a letter stating the funds is a gift not expected to be returned or repaid. There are samples on page zero and if you don't get, you can send me a PM or use the mail address in my signature so i can send you a draft.

3. Medicals, POF, reference letters or proof of employment, passport photos, passport scan etc. I don't remember others.

For the bolded, are you sure ECA can be ready within te 90 days alloted for application to be submited after ITA?

I Wish you the best.

Thanks for the swift response .

he ITA is from Manitoba Express Entry and it is valid for 60days.

i believe the transcript and assessment will done in 1 month .

Are u saying that i will have to do medical for MINP?

1. You can scan and upload the issued visas and stamped travel pages for the current passport only. Try to merge the bio-data page (this will be the first page) and stamped pages into a single PDF file.

2. Some do fill the form upfront while others don't. It all depends on you.

Congratulations to all those who got their desired ielts scores. And to those who didn't, do not despair. Giving up is not an option

My IELTS result

L 8
R 9
W 7
S 7

Thank you @Sugaro and @Talkingboy for the tips. Although I did not get my desired scores( I desperately need the extra 9 points because of my age ), I am grateful to God for not dashing BC my 68K. I will most likely register for another ielts if CRS cut off doesn't come down to 430 by June

Though paystubs are important, they are not compulsory. You can omit paystubs and offer a LOE on why you can't provide them. Don't sacrifice your work experience for that. Employment contract and reference letter are enough to prove your work experience.
