Aina has 38 start in 38 games for hull city this season he's playing regularly also and he's also on the team of the week a couple of times despite playing in a more tougher league and he's got more minute for Nigeria than ebuehi i think aina is more experienced than ebuehi
forgiveness:

He has being playing regularly in the Eredivise for 3-4 straight seasons.

Besides, he is also good.

They will have a final camp to prove themselves.

if they are effectively drafted into the 32man list from which the final 23 will be assembled what sense does it make? Especially if in that 32man list, Agbo is one of the defenders instead of Omeruo, we can all immediately deduce that they are going to the world cup. If they are not in this friendly or in the next one then so long with them, atleast until after the World Cup

so who will miss out then.... AinĂ¡ is officially capped..... The thing hard.... Performances in the friendlies will tell sha..... Except all will go with use of 352 formation in mind... In that case a forward or midfielder might drop out.... Let's wait for friendlies then....

It doesn't matter. Aina can be dropped..

Well, as you have rightly said, let us wait for the friendlies then we can talk afterwards.

Our CBs are Ekong, Awaziem and Balogun. Rohr has shown that he does not have much confidence in Omeruo. Agbo is more like a utility player but Rohr has not played him either.

I think, Rohr is still on the look out for one more CB that he can trust.

we really need to be stingy at the back to succeed in Russia... That should be the number one focus for Rohr.. The defence

I know but this is the first season he is playing consistently.

Ebuehi also made team of the week too. Besides, Ebuehi had played in an unofficial friendly for the Super Eagles before the Argentina match.

However, I don't trust Aina's defensive part of his game though I don't know if he has improved.

Anyway, we hope to see them play in the friendlies first before we conclude.

Not exactly true.. He has had some very decent games.. Placing him on the right exposes his lack of pace..
Lack of pace? Messi, sirgudsson, Griezman/Mbappe(potential round of 16 opponent) will be licking their lips right now. You saw how messi exposed fabregas and Marcos Alonso lack of pace on Wednesday for barca first and 2nd goals. And I remember Balogun lack of pace was d cause of our 2nd goal conceded against Argentina last friendly. I don't have anything against Balogun o. Infact he is one of my favourite in GWG. But all hands should be on deck. Even if it means trying those German guys in one of our April/may friendlies. Let the best go to the world cup...

Aina was played out of position in the gwg since we now have idowu a natural left back I hope Roth we move aina back to his natural role the right back

He has only 3 games in the PL, 6 in total for chelsea.

This is his first full season playing regularly for the first team.

If we are playing 3 men at the back, i will play him in the center. He is still the best header of the ball and will be useful on set-pieces and dealing with tall strikers.

He's right about that... Omerou isn't the type to be trusted, since his dismal performances and defensive errors has left a lot of question marks about his quality. Even a player like Ndidi would fare better in that role

sorry o, please was it not Kelechi that made Man City ship out Wilfried Bony some seasons ago? Was Wilfried not more experienced in the EPL? Yet, a Rookie in his first year displaced him

Let us also remember that this is the same Wilfried that went back to Swansea and is one of the reasons why Tammy is chopping bench this season

So, if Kelechi sent Bony out of City and Bony is keeping Tammy on the bench in Swansea, then I dare say, Tammy is nowhere near Kelechi's level.

When experience is a made a stand-alone quality the team will pay the price. When you take experienced players with dwindling quality to the world cup the team will experience failure. No need to ask France or Germany or Italy. Ask Nigeria at France 98 with an experienced but faded Rufai in goal.

Could that be the reason why we didn't hear anything as to his purported interest in putting on the GWG and possible call up for this month friendlies?

He is in the lineup bro. Infact they are already 3 goals down in the first half. Tho i am not watching the match but I feel this Balogun is already looking like a suspect in Super Eagles cos I noticed anytime he starts for Mainz, they must concede 2-3 goals or more. They hardly keep clean sheet. I hope the goals are not his fault tho. But its good to have replacement on ground to prevent "Had I know" syndrome at the worldcup

Balogun was NOT at fault for any of the goals..
