GlitteringStar: Thanks so much GlitteringStar and congrats on your PPR The dates includes: 3rd November 2014 to 2nd January 2016 27th April 2016 to 27th April 2017 1st August 2017 to date (my current job tho profile was submitted 6th March 2018) It's not up to 3yrs as a whole, I had another job from 22nd May 2017 to 28th July 2017, maybe I should pick option 2, Create a new profile and add that to my application. Thank you, I will still appreciate more input and suggestions from all gurus. |

it looks like you have 35 months. January 2016 was counted as a month, same as march 2018 then maybe they rounded up in your favour 3rd November 2014 to 2nd January 2016 - 15 months 27th April 2016 to 27th April 2017 - 13 months 1st August 2017 to march 2018 - 8 months |

lemme lead with I have actually seen that there is a "divorced/separated" option in the marital status list. that says to me that any legal documents that show this status will suffice. if only separated, it is likely that you won't have any legal docs, so what I have suggested to my own person is that she gets a sworn affidavit stating that she is separated and attach this to her LOE. I would suggest you consider this too.you sef you too dey vex...na our two dey axe dis kweshorn na...i don't think the lady meant any harm... doreto: |

Claire40: Yes Claire40, exactly what they counted. To CIC I have 35months. Do you feel they will recount with days after AOR? Hope I am not raising issue where there is none. |

I really cant say if they will recount or not. However, if I am in your shoes, I will most probably decline ITA but then again I tend to be risk averse in issues such as this. You have to sha weigh declining the ITA against whether you think that CRS score for ITA will fall below its last week score for the next couple of draws. conebeam: |

Claire40: Of course they will. Yes, the best option for him is to decline the ITA. The next draw should be lower than 450 (though CIC is unpredictable these days). Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when the invitation to apply (ITA) was issued or the e-APR was received by IRCC. Accordingly, officers should refuse an application under section A11.2 if it is determined that at the time of the ITA or e-APR, the applicant did not or does not meet the MEC, which includes the requirements of the program to which they were invited to apply or the applicant’s recalculated CRS score has fallen below that of the lowest-ranked candidate invited to apply in that round of invitations. GlitteringStar:Thank you, the clarification am trying to make is that earlier it was clearly stated on CIC website that " paystubs if available" but now it has been removed totally. You see those are two different scenarios. |

I have included my NYSC work exprience that was done in a bank in my express entry profile pre ITA. I do not need it for my 3 years experience as I already have 3 years requisite experience with my post nysc work experience and the post nysc experience is the basis of my pr application. Should I remove the NYSC work experience pre ITA since am not clauming points for it and leave only the post nysc experience am claiming points for pre ita? Am waiting for ECA to be complete in a couple of days for me to dive into the pool with a CRS of 467. |

Guitarlife: Payslips are mandatory as earlier stated, but I'll advice you attach them if you have them. A guy in the JAN 2018 AOR group got ADR to upload payslips or bank statements. If you have payslips or a bank statement for your salary account, upload them. Don't give CIC any chance to doubt your employment. If you can upload payslip + matching bank statement, then you are golden. |

Guitarlife: That thing is still there, it has not been remove. But it clearly stated "If you have them" You ll see it in the question mark (next to upload file) in your employment record(s) after your ITA. 1 Like |

glonyx: Are mandatory or are 'not' mandatory? Because the only mandatory document is the Employer Reference Letter. Every other document is supplementary which will help to make your case stranger. So if you have additional documents feel free to include them but if you don't, do not panic. |

You should even get more points if you add your Nigerian birth certificate to the evaluation. It is hard being a citizen of this country. While you are at it, please add your primary school first school leaving certificate. Just evaluate everything ![]() happytbaby: 10 Likes |

Guitarlife:payslips have never been compulsory at all.it could only be used as supporting documentary evidence especially where reference letter cannot be gotten. or when asked.we shouldn't try to over do or over provide when not asked 4 Likes |

Hello Good Morning Nairalanders, Please i need advice i have payslips from one of my previous employers. The problem is that the payslips don't carry the COMPANY LOGO, NAME, ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBERS. In fact there is nothing on the payslips that indicate that it was issued by the Company, it just shows the salary amount, bonuses (whenever they were paid), tax deductions etc. However i have bank statements and email alerts showing these amounts deposited into my bank account. i just wanted to know if a combination of both (payslips and Bank statements/email alerts) will suffice. Thanks P.S: This is including the experience letter of course. |

Makes sense. On the bank statement, you may highlight (either with PDF highlighter or with a marker prior to scanning) some of those payments that agree to the pay slips, do an LOE telling them what you have highlighted. Try and make the statement brief, maybe just three months so that its not bulky, let the LOE come after the reference (issued by employer) but before the pay slip and bank statements (this may be the last).
