HOW LONG IS A NORMAL PREGNANCY? The length of a normal pregnancy can be anything from 37 weeks to 42 weeks. So you have a five-week period when your baby could arrive at any time and it would be considered normal. If you give birth before 37 weeks of pregnancy, your baby is defined as premature and is likely to need extra care. A pregnancy that lasts longer than 42 weeks is called a prolonged pregnancy (POST DATE) and may carry a higher risk of complications. Even though all pregnant women are given a due date or estimated date of delivery (EDD), only about one in 25 babies are born on their exact due date. Most babies arrive between 37 weeks and 41 weeks of pregnancy within a week of due date. Twins and particularly triplets are more likely to be born premature. REASONS YOU MIGHT BE HAVING PROLONGED PREGNANCY!!! ***The due date you are given at your dating scan will be more accurate than using your last period to calculate it. ***The length of your pregnancy may also be influenced by how long your baby took to implant when she was conceived. ***Fertilised eggs that take longer to implant tend to have a longer gestation from implantation to birth. ***Mothers with naturally longer pregnancies also tend to be older ***Having had history of longer pregnancies in previous births ***Have been heavier at birth than mothers with shorter pregnancies. ***Tall women tend to have longer pregnancies than short women. It's common for babies to arrive a week or so after their due date. 4 Likes 1 Share |

HOW TO COUNT YOUR PREGNANCY IN WEEKS AND MONTHS! To work out how many weeks pregnant you are, Always try to remember when your last menstruation started (LMP). The very first day of your last menstruation counts as day one (1) of your pregnancy and not the last day/date the menstruation stops. This gives or makes it easier to calculate. HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR DUE DATE (EDD). Add 280 days i.e (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period. Remember that both your menstrual period and ovulation are counted as the first two weeks of pregnancy. If you now deliver on your due date (EDD), your baby is actually only 38 weeks old and not 40 weeks. WHAT IS A TRIMESTER? Trimester means "three months". As most pregnancies are around nine calendar months long, each pregnancy is divided into three trimesters. *****The due date calculation works best if your menstrual cycle is regular and your periods are every 28 days***** But if you have an irregular menstrual cycle, you may not know the date of your LMP and if your cycle varies in length, counting from the first day of your LMP may not give you a date you can rely on. Therefore, your first ultrasound scan, called your dating scan, will give you a more accurate due date for your baby. WHEN CAN YOU TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE PREGNANT. First trimester is a BIG TELL (you want to announce). But if you prefer to keep things private in the event of a loss, you'd want to keep your news under wraps until the risk of miscarriage is usually over, which happens at the end of the first trimester which is around 10 to 12 weeks. ALWAYS DO AN EARLY ULTRASOUND SCAN (It gives a more accurate EDD). 3 Likes

CAN A WOMAN HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WHILE PREGNANT? Between your raging hormones, morning sickness, and your ever-expanding waistline, meeting with your partner might be the last thing on your mind when you’re pregnant. Having intercourse can do wonders for your health, your pregnancy and your relationship. The answer is YES! You can! Yes! in the sense that if you've had a healthy pregnancy, there's no reason why you and your partner can't have sexual intercourse! The thick mucus plug that seals your cervix helps to guard your baby against infection, the amniotic sac and the strong muscles of your uterus (womb) also keep your baby safe and the penis doesn't go beyond the vagina, so it won't reach the baby. YOU DONT HAVE INTERCOURSE IF YOUR ARE EXPERIENCING/EXPERIENCED THE FOLLOWING: -repeated miscarriages -preterm labour -cervical incompetence -unexplained vaginal bleeding -your scan shows you have placenta previa -premature rupture of membranes from 2nd trimester -foul-smelling discharge after sex during pregnancy which could indicate serious infection. BENEFITS OF INTERCOURSE DURING PREGNANCY!! -It helps in better bonding with partner -It is not going to induce early labor -An easier labour and recovery -It improves your sleep -It improves your self esteem -It gives you calming effect by reducing stress -It stenghten the pelvic floor muscles leading to less bathroom trips -It improves circulation in the body -It leads to greater satisfaction and better orgasm ***some doctors advise avoiding sex in the final weeks of pregnancy, believing that hormones in semen called prostaglandins can stimulate contractions. ***Some of the above listed benefits doesn't work for some women because our bodies are differently programmed in pregnancy. Listen to your body and be open with with your partner! |

OVULATION PRECEDE PREGNANCY!!! Ovulation is the release of eggs from the ovaries. In humans, this beautiful event occurs when the follicles rupture and release the secondary oocyte ovarian cells. After ovulation, during the luteal phase, the egg will be available to be fertilized by sperm. A. How will you know if you are ovulating? Ovulation usually occurs around 10-16 days before your period starts, so if you have a regular cycle you may be able to work out when you're likely to ovulate. Your cervical mucus (discharge) may become wetter, clearer and more slippery around the time of ovulation. B. Ovulation signs & symptoms may include: -Light spotting. -Slight cramping or pain on one side of the pelvis. -Breast tenderness. -Abdominal bloating. -Increased sex drive. -Heightened sense of smell, taste or vision. C. How do I now calculate my ovulation? Day one is the first day of the menstrual period and the last day is the day before the next period begins. Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14. D. What does it look like when there ovulating? Creamy cervical mucus(discharge) can be a pearly white(eggwhite) or creamy yellow. It's thick and feels like lotion when rubbed between your fingers. E. When are you most fertile? You will learn when you're most fertile based on your menstrual cycle. In general, a woman's fertile window is the day of ovulation (usually 12 to 16 days before the menstrual period begins) and the five days preceding it. For the average woman that occurs somewhere between days 10 and 17.

HEARTBURN IN PREGNANCY! The hormone progesterone that helps in supporting healthy pregnancy is also responsible for relaxing the stomach valve, which pushes up the stomach acid into the esophagus, leading to heartburn. SIMPLE REMEDIES THAT CAN HELP SOOTHE/REDUCE HEARTBURN IN PREGNANCY!! 1. Eat your evening meal early in the evening, so your body has time to digest it before you go to bed. 2. Avoid spicy, rich, fatty and fried foods and anything else that triggers this symptom. 3. Avoid sugar, soft drinks, carbonated and caffeinated drinks because it makes heartburn worse. 4. Drink coconut water: It's a natural acid neutralizer, drinking it can provide immediate and easy relief. 5. Milk & Honey: Add a tablespoon of honey into warm milk, and enjoy a sweet treat that might just help the heartburn. 6. Make Gravity Work In Your Favor: Sleep with your head and shoulders propped up so that your head and upper body are higher than your feet. This should stop the reflux of acid to the esophagus. 7. Don’t eat and lay down immediately: Pregnancy makes you tired, but try not to lie down within 60 minutes after eating a meal. 8. Try as much as you can to avoid wearing tight clothes this may actually increase the pressure on your belly and abdomen, making you more susceptible to acid reflux. 9. Sip water as often as you should but try not to drink large amounts of liquids after the last meal of the day. 10. Lay on your left side at nightl 11. Don't bend over after eating 12. Bend right: Don't bend at the waist; bend at the knees instead. 13. Don't eat so fast 14. You can take OTC (over the counter) drugs for heartburn during pregnancy like antacids. According to an old wives' tale ✓ heartburn during pregnancy means your baby will have a full head of hair! |

HOW TO REMOVE STRETCH MARKS AFTER DELIVERY. Stretch marks appears because of homonal changes or sudden fat loss in this regions of your body mostly in the areas prone to fat accumulation like breast, hips, arms, abdomen, tummy and thighs. It is not possible to get rid of stretch marks completely as they only get lighter with time. You may have to bear the natural ‘battle scars’, they become less visible in three to six months after delivery, 1. OIL TREATMENT Massaging the affected areas with oils make your skin smooth and help reduce the stretch marks. Some of the popularly used oils include: - Olive Oil: Method: Take some oil in your palms and gently massage the area. Let it remain for 30 minutes so that the vitamins A, D and E in the oil are absorbed into the skin. Take a bath after the massage.Though it is a time-taking process, it gives you results when you follow it regularly. Or you can also prepare a mixture of olive oil, water and vinegar, and apply in the nights. - Vitamin E Oil: Method: Extract the oil from vitamin E capsule. Mix with any moisturizer you use regularly and apply on the stretch marks. On regular usage, it gives effective results by fading off the marks. - Castor oil: Method: Apply castor oil on the stretch marks and massage the area gently in circular motion for about five to ten minutes. Use a plastic bag to cover the area, roll a hot water bottle on it for about 30 to 40 minutes. The heat opens the pores and the oil gets absorbed into the pores. Clean the area and repeat it every day for at least a month to see good results. 2. ALOE VERA Aloe vera promotes healing and soothes your skin. Use fresh gel rather than the one available in the market. Method: Rub it directly over the skin, leave for 15 minutes and wash it off using lukewarm water. Apply on the affected areas regularly. You can also prepare a mixture of one-fourth cup of aloe vera gel with oil from five vitamin A and ten vitamin E capsules. Rub it over the skin until it is completely absorbed. Apply it twice a day. 3. HONEY The antiseptic property of honey works in reducing stretch marks. Method: Take a small cloth and apply honey on it. Place the cloth on the affected area and let it remain until it turns dry. Rinse off using warm water. Or you can prepare honey scrub by mixing it with salt and glycerin. Apply it on the stretch marks, leave until it dries and rinse off using water. 4. EGG WHITE Egg white is rich in protein, which helps rejuvenate the skin and makes it look fresh. Method: Beat two egg whites using a fork. Clean the affected area with water and apply a thick layer of egg white using a makeup brush. Let it dry and then rinse off using cold water. Apply some olive oil to keep the skin supple and moisturized. Repeat it every day for at least two weeks. It helps improve your skin tone, and the marks fade away slowly. 5. SUGAR Sugar is one of the best remedies for stretch marks. It exfoliates your dead skin, and your stretch marks turn lighter. Method: Take one tablespoon of sugar, mix with some almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Use it as a scrub before you go for a shower. Do this every day for a month. 6. LEMON JUICE The acidic property of lemon juice works in healing stretch marks. Method: Rub fresh lemon juice on the affected area. Leave it for about 10 minutes so that the juice soaks into your skin. Rinse off using warm water. Apply every day for better results. Or you can also make a mixture of lemon and cucumber juice in equal proportions and apply it on the stretch marks. 7. WATER The skin should be well-hydrated to erase the stretch marks and other skin conditions. Method: Consume at least 10 to 12 glasses of water every day to keep your skin hydrated and protected from toxins. It keeps your skin supple and restores its elasticity. Try avoiding tea, coffee and soda as they are dehydrating agents. 8. POTATO JUICE Potato contains phytochemicals, polyphenols, and carotenoids, which improve the skin texture. Method: Cut a potato into two halves and rub one-half over the stretch marks. Allow the juice to soak into the skin and let it dry. Then rinse off the area using lukewarm water. You can notice the difference in a few months. All these are home remedies that works if you are persistent with using them. Other methods to removing stretch marks is medical which are: 1. Chemical Peels 2. Laser therapy 3. Glycolic Acid 4. Surgery |

HOW TO FIND OUT YOUR BABY'S GENDER WITHOUT AN ULTRASOUND SCAN (According to old wives' tales) Over the years, multiple methods and theories have developed in determining the sex of a child. After all, ultrasounds to determine baby’s gender didn’t become standard until the late 80s! You can perform any of these from 2nd trimester. 1. Wedding Ring Gender Prediction Find out what your baby’s sex is by this very scientific way (sarcasm at it’s best, people). Take your wedding ring, a thread and put the thread thru the wedding ring. Now dangle the wedding ring over the mom’s pregnant belly while lying down. If the wedding ring swings in a circle motion – it’s a GIRL! If it moves back and forth like a pendulum, it’s a boy! 2. Your Eyeball Knows Look in the mirror and pull down the skin under your LEFT eye. Look at the white part of your eyeball. Do you see a vein that looks like a “V” or branches, if so, it’s a GIRL! 3. How Are You Carrying Your Baby? Look at your self in the mirror, full length — you’re beautiful. Now turn to the side, is the baby high or is the baby low? How are you carrying your baby? If it’s high, congrats! It could be a girl! If you are carrying low, congrats! It could be a boy! 4. What is Your Baby’s Heartbeat? Next time you go to the doctor, take note of your baby’s heartbeat. If the baby’s heartbeat is between 140-160: it’s a girl (maybe)! If the baby’s heartbeat is between 120-140: it’s a boy (again, maybe)! 5. Morning sickness If you are extremely ill during the first few months of your pregnancy, chances are you are having a little girl. Pregnant mothers will have morning sickness while pregnant with boys too, of course, but extreme sickness early on is an indicator that it is time for you to stock up on the pink clothes. 6. Food cravings Again, cravings will be cravings and they are unpredictable, but as a general rule of thumb, if you are craving sweets, then a girl is on her way. Salty or sour taste cravings indicate a little boy is growing inside you. 7. Breakouts Pregnancy can bring some breakouts along with its glow. But it's not all bad. Those pesky breakouts mean a girl could be making her way into your future ***wink** 8. Drano test Purchase a bottle of Drano in your local supermarket found by the cleaning products aisle. Old wives say to pee on a small cup. Add a tablespoon of Drano and see how the color changes. If your pee changes to green it’s a girl. If the pee changes to blue, it’s time to start shopping for blue clothes. 9. The Breast says it all Stand in front of a mirror. Inspect those mammary glands as they may be holding a clue to your baby’s gender. If your left breast looks larger than the right, it indicates a baby boy. A larger right breast compared to the left means you’re carrying a girl 10. The answer is KEY!! The answer to your questions is a key! Intentionally drop a key and pick it up without looking. If you picked it up by the round end, legend says you’re expecting a boy. If it’s by the pointy end of the key, you’re having a girl. 11. The straight line on the belly It's called Linea Nigra, it's the dark line that runs down the center of a woman's belly during pregnancy. There's a wives' tale about its appearance and a baby's gender, according to Belly Belly. If the line extends from under the rib cage all the way down the belly: It's a BOY! However, there is one way that is 100% guaranteed and works every time, that is when your baby is delivered, you’ll know for sure right! Did any of these old wives’ tales predict your baby’s gender correctly? |

STRETCH MARK!! Stretch marks, also called striae gravidarum, looks like indented streaks in the skin. Pregnancy is one of the most common times when women notice stretch marks. In fact, it’s estimated that 50 to 90 percent of pregnant women will develop stretch marks before delivery. Hormones during pregnancy may make you more prone to stretch marks. And a good number of pregnant women will notice stretch marks starting in the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy. In pregnancy, it appears mainly most on the breast, abdomen thigh. TIPS INTO PREVENTING STRETCH MARK DURING PREGNANCY: 1. Weight control: gaining and loosing weight contribute to stretch marks 2. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty water (8 glasses a day). Drink herbal tea. Choosing teas without caffeine it helps the body stay hydrated, and can alleviate the boredom of drinking only water every day. Also eat watery fruits and vegetables. Choose watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, honeydew, and other watery fruits. 3. Healthy diet: Eating a nutrient-rich food helps boost the skin health. Make sure your diet includes foods rich in vitamins. 4. Include Vitamin C in your diet: Vitamin C can be found in many fruits and vegetables. Citrus fruits, such as oranges and lemons, are especially good sources of vitamin C. 5. Vitamin D: The easiest way to get vitamin D is through exposure to the sun(don't sun yourself). The vitamin is also commonly added to bread, cereal, and dairy products like milk or yogurt. 6. Zinc. Foods rich in zinc include chicken, lamb, beef, eggs, nuts, legumes, fish and whole grains it helps keep the skin healthy. 7. When you develop itching either on the breast or abdomen, try not to scratch but rub on them. 8. Shea butter is good to apply 10. CRYING BABY!! HOW TO CALM THEM DOWN!!!! This topic sounds familiar...lol It's a parent's nightmare having a crying baby and not knowing how to calm him/her down. I'm sure you want nothing more than a calm, happy child, but your infant is having none of it. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to soothe your baby to a calm state of mind. 1. Use a comforting, calming hold on the baby to instantly quiet it using this procedure as shown in the picture/diagram: -Tuck both of the baby's arms across it's chest. -Use your palm to secure the arms to the baby's chest. -Grab the baby around the diaper, holding them securely. -Gently rock and shake the baby with both hands, keeping it at a 45-degree angle. -Make sure one hand supports their head and chin and the other has a firm hold between they're legs. 2. Identify why the baby is crying: -Check his diaper. -Feed him. -Burp him over your shoulder. 3. Make sure that their clothes are loose and provide enough warmth 4. Eliminate irritating foods from your diet that she may digest while nursing like: -Dairy -Caffeine -Onions -Very spicy or irritating foods -Gassy drinks 5. Check for a fever (you should have baby's thermometer) If the temperature is above normal, give mild analgesic and go to the hospital. 6. Keep your calm and patient in the face of persistent crying. -NEVER shake a baby ** it can cause serious and life-threatening injuries. -Many doctors suggest placing the baby in its bed and stepping out for a few minutes. Sometimes babies just need to cry for a little while. 7. Swaddle him in a warm blanket 8. Give her something to suck on. 9. Sing a song or hum quietly under your breath: Try simple, gently "shhh" sounds if you don't have a song in mind. 10. Gently massage your baby's feet, hands, and stomach. Babies love to be touched, so slow, consistent massaging might slow them down and quiet their lungs. 11. Play with your child to engage/distract him/her. - Lie them on their back and rotate their feet like they were riding a bike. - Make silly faces and talk to the child. - Distraction and stimulating influence may be enough to get them to stop crying. *****Babies need to be entertained-- entertain them**** 1 Like 3 Shares

TAKING CARE OF THE UMBILICAL CORD STUMP!!! What Is An Umbilical Cord Stump? Babies receives nourishment and oxygen through the placenta in the womb which is attached to the inner wall of the mother's uterus. The placenta is connected to the baby by the umbilical cord, which attaches to the baby through an opening in the baby's abdomen. After the baby is born, the umbilical cord is clamped and cut close to the baby's body. It's a painless procedure. And it leaves an umbilical stump attached to the baby's belly button. **It usually falls off within about two weeks after birth** HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE STUMP!! Until the baby's umbilical cord stump falls off: 1. Keep the umbilical cord stump clean and dry. 2. Fold the baby's diaper away from the stump. This allows air and also prevents contact with urine and feces (poo). 3. Give your baby sponge baths instead of tub baths. 4. In warm weather, dress your baby in a diaper and T-shirt to improve air circulation and faster drying process 5. Avoid dressing your baby in bodysuit-style undershirts. 6. Never attempt to pull off the stump, even if it seems to be hanging by a thread. If the stump becomes dirty or sticky, clean it with plain water, dry it by holding a clean, absorbent cloth around the stump or fanning it with a piece of paper. ***IT IS NO LONGER ADVISABLE TO USE ALCOHOL (METHYLATED SPIRIT) TO CLEAN THE STUMP**** (Researchers have found that untreated cords heal faster than alcohol-swabbed cords and carry no more risk of infection). LOOK OUT FOR ANY SIGN OF INFECTION IF: -Baby cries when you touch the cord or the skin next to it. -The skin around the base of the cord is red. -The stump smells foul or has a yellowish discharge. -The stump bleeds continuously, as this may be a sign of a bleeding disorder. DON'TS ****Do NOT place a clean cloth on hot iron or lantern to heat up the stump ****Do NOT use powder on the stump **** Do NOT use hot water to press the stump **** Do NOT cover or wrap with a bandage **** Do NOT apply any type of toothpaste on the stump **** Do NOT apply mentholatum or vaseline on the stump **** Do NOT give the child drugs including Gripe water which is already banned by NAFDAC. **** Continue breastfeeding the baby for six months on exclusive breast milk. ***No water. ***No herbal solutions or concoctions. 1 Share

Legumes: Peas, beans, chickpeas, soybeans and peanuts. 3. Sweet potatoes 4. Salmon 5. Eggs 6. Broccoli and dark, leafy greens 7. Lean meat 8. Fish liver oil 9. Berries 10. Whole grains 11. Avocados 12. Dried fruit 13. Water Foods that cannot be eaten: 1. Alcohol 2. Caffeine 3. Fish with high levels of mercury 4. Unpasteurized food 5. Salad bars and prepared salads 6. It may also directly affect the health and development of your baby. Since calorie and nutrient needs are increased, it is very important that you choose nutrient-dense, healthy foods. ****Gaining weight during pregnancy is normal, but it is important to gain it the healthy way. This benefits you, your baby and your health after the pregnancy**** |

EPISIOTOMY!!! Lets talk about Episiotomy/perineal tear after deliveryy and how to take care of it. An episiotomy is given as a small cut into the lower left side (close to your perineun) during childbirth to allow the head passes easily but it's not all cases of delivery this episiotomy is applied to. A perineal tear or laceration often occurs on its own during a vagina delivery. Rarely, this tear will also involve the muscle around the anus. It happens in some cases when you push when your cervix is not properly dialated. You must get to 10cm before you start pushing on instructions please. Both require suturing to repair to ensuring best healing. Both are similar in recovery time and discomfort during healing. Things you might experience: -Healing does not pose problems for some women but might take weeks to heal -Your stitches does not require removal. - Your body automatically absorb them. -You can return to normal activities when you feel ready, such as light office work or house cleaning. But please wait till at least 6 weeks i.e (42) days before you: -Start having sex -Do any other activity that might rupture or break the stitches Self-care on taking care of the episiotomy site in order to relieve pain or discomfort,: In the hospital: -Ask your nurse to apply ice packs right after the birth. -Using ice packs in the first 24 hours after birth decreases the swelling and helps with pain. -Take warm baths, but wait until 24 hours after you have given birth. -Make sure that the bathtub is cleaned with a disinfectant before every bath. -Take medicine like ibuprofen to relieve pain. -Sit in warm not too hot water and make sure it covers your vulvar ad anus area) -You are not using steaming from the water please. - Add Salt and dettol into the warm water before sitting inside it -Do this morning and night or a few times in a day, depending how convinence it is for you. - You can wait until 24 hours after you have given birth to take a sitz bath as well. --Change your pads every 2 to 4 hours. -Keep the area around the stitches clean and dry. -Pat the area dry with a clean towel after you bathe. -After you urinate or have a bowel movement, spray warm over the area and pat dry with a clean towel or baby wipe. - Please DO NOT use toilet paper. -At this period, your vegetables (plain), fruits, garden eggs are essential, avoid banana intake, take plenty water especially warm it's important. -This will prevent constipation. Eating lots of fiber will also help. - Your health care provider can suggest foods with plenty of fiber. Kegel Exercise: This is very important so as to get you back to your normal pre pregrancy state. - Gently tighten and then relax the muscles of your perineun (anal muscle) - It could be done lying down, sitting or standing. -Start with 2 - 3 seconds per tightening (as if you hold your wee) moving up to 5 and then to 10 seconds. End by holding your anal muscle for 20 seconds. - Start with 2 - 3 holding each time and do this up to 5 times a day. ****Don’t be discouraged if these are hard to do at first. They will become easier with practice*** 1 Like 2 Shares |

JAUNDICE IN NEWBORN. What you need to know! Jaundice is a yellow discoloration on a newborn's skin and the white part of the eyes. It is a sign that there's too much bilirubin in the baby's blood. Jaundice occurs because your baby's body has more bilirubin than it can get rid of. The liver of a newborn baby is not fully developed, so it's less effective at removing the bilirubin from the blood. Jaundice usually appears in the first 5 days of life. Many babies would have left the hospital by the time jaundice starts. CAUSES In rare cases, jaundice may be caused by: A. An infection B. A problem with the baby's digestive system C. A problem with the mom's and baby's blood types (Rhesus incompatibility). Your baby may have one of these problems if jaundice appears less than a day after birth WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR A. When your baby gets more yellow. B. Be sluggish and not suck well. C. Be cranky or jittery. D. Arch his or her back. E. Have a high-pitched cry F. Yellowing of the palms of the hands or soles of the feet G. Dark, yellow urine – a newborn baby's urine should be colourless H. Pale-coloured poo – it should be yellow or orange WHAT TO DO The best thing you can do to reduce jaundice is to make sure that your baby gets enough to eat. That will help your baby's body get rid of the extra bilirubin through stooling and urination. If you are breastfeeding, feed your baby about 8 to 12 times every 24 hours. If you are feeding your baby from a bottle, feed about 6 to 10 times every 24 hours. And if you are not sure that your baby is getting enough milk, Go to the hospital. But for effective and prompt treatment if your baby has jaundice PLEASE take him/her to the hospital. 1 Like 2 Shares
