I know now that WES does not evaluate CITN. Created a profile and tried to enter that qualification, but got a message that they do not evaluate CITN.

Biko nu, anyone previously assessed their CITN professional certificate in the house? Which assessing body should I use. Biko!!!!

I don't think you will get a positive outcome for the CITN certificate.

Include only the ones that you wanna claim points for pre-ITA. You will include others under your personal history details post-ITA.

Please and please people the bolded is very important!! Don't go and fill in all your employment history and get points for 3years work experience then after getting ITA you will now start thinking of reducing it to only 1 . The application will likely be refused if it drops the crs score lower than the draw cut off.

Infact if possible, try and get your reference letters before completing the profile so you can weed out the difficult companies.

Wes has received my transcript from my school and they are just waiting for my school to verify my B.A. but my contact person in school told me yesterday that my M.A will leave this week. If my M.A leaves this week that means my B.A ECA will be out, long before my M.A. so if I get my B.A can we enter the pool. My husband will be our primary applicant and he only has B.A.

There are forms to be filled post ita and its after completion of the forms that you'd get to see your personalised document checklist.
Documents required for each application varies but the basics are -

Valid international passport for PA and dependants;
IELTS TRF, ECA report, copy of education certificate of PA and spouse (where applicable);
Passport photographs of PA and dependants;
Proof of medical exams;
Police clearance certificate for PA and adult dependants for any country in which they have resided for 6 months consecutively since they turned 18 years;
Proof of marriage if PA is married;
Birth certificate of PA's child if any;
Proof of funds;
Evidence of name change if any;
Reference letter from employers or evidence of employment;
If PA is divorced proof of divorce/separation;
Spouse evidence of employment if spouse is listed as employed (to save stress on this spouse work history can be moved to personal history, except the emloyment was in Canada and points were awarded for it);
If PA is divorced with a child proof that he/she has legal custody of the child and may include consent letter / declaration from the other parent;
If claiming sibling points, birth certificates of PA and sibling, sibling's PR card or Canadian passport, copy of utility bills not more than 6 months old to show that sibling is living in Canada.

I noticed that my visa officer responds to me promptly whenever I send email enquiries, this is probably because I don’t send mails every time. LVO candidates will understand the need to send constant enquiries especially if EXP is your guy.

A bit confused by your question.... Are you asking if you should forget about evaluating the Masters? Anyway whats the CRS score with just Bachelors? Because you have also said you need the points for Masters

This is a tricky question

some people got positive evaluation and others didnt although it depends on what exactly they wrote when filling the WES form

If done properly, WES turns it to a 3 year diploma certificate,

so just type ican on the search button of the thread and read through.
