My Tecno phantom 6 plus responds to screen touch only twice then hangs until i lock and unlock the screen again. This has been a continuous and annoying cycle for me.

Pls, what is the cause and solution to this annoying cycle where i'll keep locking and unlocking the screen to operate my phone.

water damaged the charging port of my new camon cx,
the phone still works perfectly well, only that it doesnt charge at all...
i took it to carlcare (1st Floor, Alpha and Omega Building, Queen Elizabeth Road, Mokola, Ibadan, Nigeria)
After encountering the front desk staff (rude ladies), that first claimed the phone is fake bla bla bla...
the phone was finally taken inside for repair, they confirmed it's original...but said they cannot change the charging port alone, that i MUST change the panel too...
They said the charging port is #1,000, but they insisted i will have to change the panel too at the cost of #38,600.
TO me that doesn't make sense at all. for all i know, phones with damaged charging ports can be changed without touching the panel.

sir please is camon cx a different case?
why did they tell me the cost of the charging port and still insisted i change the panel?
or are they trying to scam me..

I have the same problem with my infinix note 4. Just two months after purchase, the fast charger stopped working. I took it to Carl Care in Ibadan. I was told I have to change the panel for 35k. I left the place with anger and bitterness. I vowed that's the last time I will touch anything infinix, itel or tecno again. They sell phones with inferior quality and charge you money to repair their easily damaged inferior products. If this is not a scam, tell me what it is.

My Itel 1516 Plus which I bought in August 2017 suddenly stopped working (in March 2018, Less Than 1 Year)!!!


I took it to their office in opebbi Ikeja (on 9th March, 2018) and was told it would be repaired FREE OF CHARGE (SINCE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY).

WENT BACK TODAY (14th March, 2018) and was told to pay #8,200 if i wanted it to work!!! (A phone I bought last year for #20,500)

THE MOST ABSURD OF ALL WAS WHEN I ASKED WHY I NEEDED TO PAY #8,200. The attendant responded that there was a little dent on the touch screen and that if the item was repaired, the touch screen WILL SPOIL . And that the cost was that of the touch screen!! VERY FUNNY REALLY...


Just to think of it that Itel, Techno and Infinix recently sent some Naija Tech Bloggers to China to SEE THEIR GREAT FACTORIES AND OTHER FACILITIES ( . RATHER THAN DO THIS, THEY SHOULD FOCUS ON BUILDING GREAT PRODUCTS LIKE XIAOMI, HUAWEI, MEIZU which are internationally acceptable brands!!!

I will be attaching proofs of my escapades with this CHINESE COMPANY swindling Nigerians. And I know many other Nigerians are in my shoes. Until we can actually ascertain the quality (and serviceability) of Itel, Techno & Infnix phones, I'll advice you STAY AWAY...
