But to be on the safe side, just regularise. You never can tell if this will affect your registration. It won't cost you anything except to leave your house and pay little cash. Your details with Jamb should correspond with the one your school is sending to nysc. How can your Jamb admission letter say you went to one school and you're presenting a result from another school?

The name of your current school must be the one jamb recognize... So you need to regularize

I don't think you need to present it anywhere. It's just for your information to correlate with the one your school is sending and to avoid any issue that might arise in the future. Nysc will get the information needed from Jamb themselves. That's why you must ensure the Jamb reg no. sent by your school is correct.

Hi dear,am a serving Corp member and I did regularization during my time so let me ans dis ur question.once u are done with d regularization,a new jamb number Wil be given 2 u.its the new jamb number u Wil use to register during online registration.u don't nid d form in camp.u can only add d photocopy of d form 2 ur file in school next time u go 2 school.take care
