they told me that it has been activated and receive a mail as well and my access point is set, just that the 10gb sim is not browsing that means no gb on it

I can't send sms on my SIM 2 but receive sms on it. Is there any special settings for this?

No, i had same issues with etisalat, had to call cc and they provisioned the sim for sms. But before you call cc check your service centre number

How do I edit my service centre number. I've tried everything in the messaging app but couldn't locate where the service centre number is.

Yes, it attracts customs duty, run from DHL is the advice most persons in this thread will give to you.

Shipped a Mi Band 2 last year from Gearbest via DHL. No custom duty.

Someone also shipped a phone here last year from AliExpress via DHL, no custom duty, guess you both are lucky, because others had to pay for clearance, someone even spent about 20k here to clear his phone.
