Nature is just a part of God Almighty and not the whole. You won't expect Nature to speak with human voice, would you? Okay, nature communicates in different ways to different people:
1. If you come to the world for a particular purpose and you haven't found that purpose, you will always have deep dissatisfaction until you detect that thing. That's nature speaking.
2. If you are practising a religion and you didn't really come to the world to practice that religion, the religion will work against you. That's nature communicating with you that you have to go for what you come to the world for.
3. If you are in your teens and you start having wet dreams, that's nature telling you that your reproductive organs are now mature.

Nature communicates a lot to us, but please don't equate nature with God Almighty(Existence). Nature is just an infinitesimal subset of God Almighty(Existence).

Rocks, Winds, etc, they communicate through radiation of waves, Yahweh spoke (bible), Allah spoke(Quran), Follow CuteMadridista to see what he speaks; Everything communicates.

Existence has communicated and will never cease to communicate. Sum up all the communication of everything existing in all the universes, that is how Existence communicates. But if you are talking about how a particular god within existence e.g how Yahweh speaks, follow the bible. How Allah speaks, follow Quran; How Vishnu and some other gods speak, follow Vedas. How Enki, Anu and Enlil speaks, follow Enuma Elish.
