Hello guys,
My name is Metroid I am a electronics hobbyist. I uploaded some photos I took while building a Bluetooth speaker using materials around and others sourced online.
Here is a list of the items I used and prices
1. Bluetooth audio amplifier board DC 3.7v 5V 3w 900
2. Speakers 4 Ohm 3watts pair 1200 naira
3. Switch 25 naira
4. Micro USB Board Power Adapter 5V Breakout Switch Interface Module 100 naira
5. MINI USB 1A Lithium Battery Charging Board Charger Module With Protection TP4056 500 naira

6. Lithium Ion battery x2 Recycled 100 naira cool
7. PVC Pipe (Had some left after visit by Plumber)
8. PVC pipe end caps x2 100 naira
9. Glue gun
10. Soldering iron
11. Lead
12. Flux
13. Multimeter
Total: 2,925

Below are photos of some of the steps I took to get it completed.
I need ideas for decorating the device to make it more presentable

Will be uploading more photos soon.
I appreciate suggestions and comments.

Lithium Ion battery x2 Recycled 100 naira.
Well done brother. Nice concept. Please, where did you get your batteries, I have been searching for that type of batteries. And as for this your design, you can coat the pvc pipe with duratex or any epoxy paints. You can even use speaker rug. The quality matters though

They are 18650 Lithium Ion batteries I got from dead Laptop Batteries. You can get 2 to 3 good ones out of the 6 inside still reading 3.7v

I know, but getting the old laptop battery is the problem.

Check your local computer parts store, tell them you need their old laptop batteries

Built a speaker box with particle board a couple of weeks ago. The woodwork was not easy grin Leather work is not very neat but I think I tried grin

Tools and items I used for this project:

Soldering iron
Hot Glue gun
Wires
3w 4ohm Full range speakers x2
18650 Li-ion battery x2
Top Bond Glue
Particle board
Bluetooth Receiver amp
Li-ion battery charger TP 4056 5v 1A
Leather
Micro USB extender
Hammer 4" nail
Stapler
Shoemaker gum
Clamps x2
Scissors


This speaker box dimensions are 8x4x4 inches.
