I was told that it is better to snap the PPR hard-copy photo size and now scan and resize it for the online application. Is it correct? If so, please what are the sizes of the photos.

For mine, I scanned the hard copy, changed the resolution to 600 pixels and used the scanned copy for my e-APR (didn't resize).

As a dependent spouse you will have to undergo medicals and provide PCC (these are mandatory). You can also help increase the CRS score by writing IELTS and obtaining an ECA for your educational qualification. These 2 are NOT mandatory if the principal applicant alone has enough points to get an ITA.

You can also contribute to the POF

Thank you so much

The idea is to touch on cool strategies for listening and hopefully also reading and writing. Joining instructions will be sent to the email with which you PM. Holla, if interested smiley

Please be calm. I thought i did badly during my speaking test. Imagine being asked what is the aim of education in Nigeria in Part three.

I was just spewing rubbish until i saw 7.5. Listening and writing messed me up. Please forget about speaking and concentrate on the rest of the test.

All the best.

Thanks for ur kind words. I will try my best on Saturday God's willing.

You download an application form from the ICES BCIT website then fill it, submit with your international passport and statement of result if available. Then scan and mail all these back to ICES. You can then tell your school to send your transcript either by email or courier. They have a way of figuring it out. I didnt send my statement of result but they were able to link it with my transcripts
thank u so much.so when n how do I pay

Yes you are correct. A friend of mine did it too but his extension was not granted and he had to leave Canada.

PGWP is a one time only thing and can't be extended. However if during the valid period you applied through PNP then you can get an implied status to remain. But even if you go back to Nigeria, you will still get the PR. That's much better than going out of status in canada.

Thank you. Many of the PNPs are beginning to be processed with Speed too. I presented my six months statement of Account. so many people used their 25% Pension Funds to augment their POFs and they were also nominated.

phf2be:

Congratulations to you and yours @hifyty. Please what did you present as settlement funds to OINP? This one month processing of a PNP-PR application is unprecedented. Congratulations again!

Dear House

Greetings to you all. I am just a bit worried regarding the POF. I have CAN$20,000 for a family of three (considering minimum requirement is $19,093) and this is the amount (CAN$20,000) that will be showing as current balance on my bank statement prior to submitting my application (please note this statement will be available three days before submission). However, the amount is very likely to reduce by CAN$2,230 (upon paying the application fees for family of 3) immediately after submitting the application. Will IRCC now calculate my POF as CAN$20,000 minus CAN$2,230 (application fees) = CAN$17,770, which is now lower than the required minimum of CAN$19,093. I will appreciate your kind gesture. Thanks

You are going to be sent your application number within 3weeks of sending your application form, if your transcript has gotten there within that period, you Will be notified in your mail and if otherwise you will be informed too. But you can make payment using your application number by putting a call through to them between 9am-12pm Vancouver time and dictate your credit card details to them. Thats all

To make it easier for you, make sure you have minimum of $22500 if possible $23000 in that account to avoid stories that touch. People get denied because of just $300.

I guess this is why they sometimes give ADR for updated POF. Just ensure you have enough money in the account for both pof and application fees to avoid the stress you are going through now

Better not to risk it because they may carry out checks intermittently
