So I left and then return today to try again but still got the same issue.

However, when login to my Payoneer account I discovered that two debit of $60 were made on my card.

I immediately contact concern First Bank branch, where I was told to contact Payoneer to raise ATM dispensing dispute.

I did as instructed, Payoneer CS said they will look into it and that I should wait still 30 march 2018. If the issue is not resolve, I should contact them again.

My body dey hot now.....have headache self.....

You didn't do it well bro. Maybe you were logging in from here and the guy in US was also logging in almost at the same time or perhaps within a short space of time either of you must have logged in.

Don't log in from here like two or three days, then after tell the guy in US to log in and open a ticket with CS; they will do the needful.

Make sure you have a strong VPN on your system to be able to remain in US when the issue has been rectified.

charging higher bill actually implies you are expert on your niches and convey that idea to clients.....like you said just make sure to deliver quality service....I don't $5......even when I got demoted last month......if client want quality they will pay....only other buyers tjsy outsource or wicked mind folks will want work of $100 for $5.....

Most of sellers taking $5 are folks there, just for getting free dollar..

Once you deliver the order, the time stops ticking. When the buyer marks your order as complete, your money will be moved to "pending clearance". and it will be cleared after 14 days.

I think I will be asking numerous questions, because I am a newbie on fiverr. When I receive a file to work on, how does it reflect that the file has been received by me, will it be from the end of the buyer to notify fiverr that I have received it?

When a customer places order, he or she will complete the requirement for that order by attaching necessary things you need to work on. Immediately he complete the requirement for the order, fiverr would notify you that such client has completed the order and you should get started. The time would start ticking from then

No. When the buyer places an order, you'll be notified by Fiverr and you will see the requirements that the buyer has listed.
