It ought to be outrightly banned in residential areas. No sane human being should take that risk. But like I always try to preach, anyone is free to do what they want on their site.

hmmm...electrified fence is dangerous,but I think as per the owner the switch can be put on maybe every evening for security reasons and less endangering neighborhood, especially kids if the electrified wire is too close to the ground about 5ft - 7th

The fence is not typically full height, but mounted on the blockwork, usually 2.5m above ground level. No one is touching it unless he is climbing the fence

Trust me, I know all about it. Did due research before doing my regular razor wires.

It's still an irresponsible way to do a first line of defense in a crowded neighborhood, strictly from a safety point of view as I'm sure some might be bothered by my razor wires. You'll never get a homeowner insurance in regular parts of the world with that. Yes, I know different countries with different challenges and accompanying laws but we should emulate good principles.

errrrm, bro..prices of batteries are going up in nigeria, 12v 200ah deep cycle battery was 50k before...now its 110k to 130k.
prices may be coming down internationally...but cos of the stupid exchange rate, its still super expensive. the cost for a decent solar setup for a small 3br home in naija would gulp about 1.5m to 2.5m depending on the load/wants

I'm afraid of thos indian and chinese product, anything can happen because you're dealing with electricity. If money is not a problem, you can go German product like SMA

It will be a standard rectangular building with aluminum roofing and concrete flooring that can support the storage of agricultural products. The project will be in the outskirts of Abuja.

The numbers do not have to be accurate. I just want to have an idea of what kind of amount I should be looking at. Any help from experts in the house will be appreciated!!
