Agbalowomeri: Chief Agba nothing wrong with ur approach (just dat one shldnt dabble into it if you are not adept at it, dats y i am trying to learn it as much as possible for now) every approach has its upside and downside and each its usefulness to d market. if price movement pple like u dont come into d market hence price discovery might be poor and belaboured. |

Success is the best form of revenge. I love it when employees succeed and end up buying the company they once worked for. I think Wole Oshin got inspiration from Chief Michael Ade--Ojo on how he resigned from RT Briscoe in 1970 to start his own business which is now more successful than RT Briscoe. Wole Oshin worked at Crusader insurance after he graduated from UNILAG, he resigned after some years to start Custodian and Allied insurance.. Chief Ade Ojo was one of the people Wole Oshin approached for funding and investment in his company Custodian and Allied which was founded in 1996 1 Like |

Wole Oshin currently has a little over 1 billion units of Custodian and allied insurance shares, in 2013 Custodian and Allied was able to acquire Crusader insurance the that once employed Wole Oshin. After the acquisition and merger Wole Oshin was kind enough my retaining his former supervisor as the. MD of one of the subsidiaries of Custodian and Allied insurance. NB, Custodian and Allied, Continental reinsurance are the two insurance companies I have in my portfolio 3 Likes |

In investment nothing beats good management who truly in the business. Fundamentally Crusader insurance was very good, some. Investment bankers had shares in the company, before the the acquisition by Custodian and Allied, Capital Bancorp a stock broker was the biggest investor in Crusader insurance. Custodian and Allied was able to buy into Crusader when Capital Bancorp and some other investment bankers sold their holdings have years of waiting even though the fundamentals appeared good. 2 Likes |
