I think Rohr should resolve the deadball issue. Kelechi iheanacho should take any freekick or corner kick from the right. then V Moses(in the absense of S Moses) takes freekicks from the left but Mikel should take all corner kicks on the left. Moses has been really wayward with freekicks and corner kicks, he should quit being a big boy and relinquish such responsibilities to capable hands. Finito! 9 Likes |

Humility017:Any difference between training and a friendly game? If for anything Agbo can't feature in a friendly game, den why will he feature in a competitive game? Dis friendly is meant to promote the team chemistry as well as try players like him who hardly get game time in competitive games. Will u allow him go to the world cup and sit on the bench throughout wen his place can be given to another player dat is ready to fight and improve the team? If he doesn't play Serbia game, den sometin is wrong. Very simple 2 Likes |

edi287: But he plays week in week out mostly as a RB in the championship and has been voted the best RB in the championship. A player needs opportunity so we can actually see what he can do. Training gives you some insight but he needs a full 45 minutes in a game before any initial deductions can be made. The question has to be answered in relation to the SE does he bring something more than Shehu and or Ebuehi. So he should be tried at RB as well. It's possible that Aina can play both RB & LB then that's a very good plus ➕ for the team. I do think that Aina may combine better with V.Moses from thier Chelsea experience. |

The type of opposition we met also affected our overall play, in addition to Mikel's absence. The Polish were so physical, didn't expect that from a European side. This affected Iwobi and Iheanacho who are no gra gra footballers. Again, is it just me or the turf was not really good? I noticed the ball was bouncing kinda. 2 Likes |

DrKlever: You are saying something I have known for some time. I may have even mentioned it. KC lacks physical presence and struggles to impose himself on defenders the same way Ighalo does. Iwobi is use to pretty football at Arsenal and doesn't like the physicality of gra gra football. This is where Etebo has a clear advantage over him. |

TheLoneCitizen: TheLoneCitizen: I still maintain my stance that Moses is too overconfident and authoritative, he had some chances he ought to pass where he didn't. There was a counter where he opted to shoot from outside the box when he had teammates. When Joel Obi, was the architect of a counter later, he opted to shoot also when he could have pass. This means, that Moses as a big player to the team, influences the team whether negatively or positively. More harm than good. Captain Ekong cannot tame him, Ndidi would have been great but age difference. I think Onazi is the next best leader to Mikel. It's a shame we couldn't score more against a very abysmal Poland. Our creativity and composure was just nonexistent. |

One thing some of us are missing is the fact that Mikel not only distribute passes, he holds on to the ball and also tracks back to defend, these attributes are lacking in Iheanacho, so there was no way he would have slotted in. The closest to Mikel right now is Joel Obi, Onazi is also a candidate but his passes aren't top notch. I am waiting to see Rohr play Joel Obi as CM/AM like Mikel and not pair him with a DM to know how good he is offense wise TheSuperNerd: |

He was the only known threat attack wise, the rest were pedestrial especially iheanacho. Ighalo was quiet too but gave the defenders things to worry about with his high pressing. MetalJigsaw: |

joseph1013:Sir am not condemning Uzoho and i believe he can do bettter but with what we have in our goalkeeping dept.Dele Ajiboye deserves a chance if keepers like Akpeyi and Ezenwa are getting a look in. Ajiboye not playing?but is Ezenwa playing? Sir,Ajiboye was in goal against de sahel in the 2nd leg and even came in in the first half in 1st leg after Plateau had conceded three goals, remember the second choice was doing well in his absence due to CHAN to the extent he was rated as one of the best in the league but Ajiboye is back as number one. |
