This question have been asked and answered many times here on this thread and on Kikimat.
Select United States as your banking country.
Then provide your Payoneer account details.
Check page 4 of this thread if you don't know how to get your payoneer account details.

And you have to fill that Tax information as a non American

Sorry, your application is not approved.
You will want to reapply.

Well what you don't know you don't know until you learn it, You can get your payoneer account approved without ID which takes less than 3 hours to get approved after applying however you will still be required to submit your ID later on as you use the account. To get your account approved sign up for payoneer using a referral link of someone whose account is fully approved.
Later On You should try and get an International Passport as this Payoneer's most preferred ID for Verification.Good luck

I've already posted a step by step video tutorial on how to design your artwork/t-shirt and resize it to the approved size/dimension by Amazon.
Go through that tutorial on Kikimat and you will be fine.

Check trending stories on Kikimat to find the tutorial. Or check my other commitments on this page 5 and you will see where I posted the link to that tutorial.

Let me know if you still have problems uploading your artwork after following that tutorial

as an amazon affiliate for more than 8years. money doesn't grow on merch .it is saturated and those who got in early in 2015 already got the best out.you need to work a lot harder to outrank millions of thrashed text only items on that platform .nothing is easy.
