bros Moses is a good dribbler but to say he is better than onyekwuru in that department is a capital NO.. Onyekwuru dribbles much more than Moses.

I don't blame any of the fullback. U do all this running and when u are supposed to get the ball it doesn't come and next thing the ball is lost and u have to run 50 yards back. That's why Echiejile just stopped bombing forward because he probably was like "what's the use?"

I have always said it, Musa and Simon are no cerebral players. Nice runs from Musa yesterday but he can never give that final pass wisely. Just see how he wasted that counter initiated by Onazi because he ran without his brains hence running past the ball and running himself into an offside position. Dude is whack and annoying

grin grin grin grin grin

shehu will struggle with a team that play from the wings, his very slow, very good player but he look like a time bomb in the RB position, that foul could have been a penalty in some case, Ebuehi play that position so effortlessly, it comes natural to him.

That said, Ebuehi should be our preferred RB, I'm still scared if Holland will tap on him, remember his yet to make his competitive debut, and Rohr for reasons I don't understand don't really fancy him, he played shehu in the Algeria dead rubber match even when shehu was suppose to be banned from the match for 2 yellow cards.

this is something i am also worried about.

Some people argue that Poland created plenty and better chances, but at the same time, same people say Uzoho wasn't tested enough. So my question is, if Uzoho didn't deal with with the chances created by the Poles where then did the chances go? Abi him dealing with the super created chances of the Poles no be passing a test?

Bros, to be honest uzoho should get an78.5% mark. He tried but the defence also did a good job shielding him

One of the tool for winning games, is having options and not been predictable, this is a friendly match, you try things out, what if iheanacho was not starting or injured? do you think Rohr assign set piece duty to him because he likes his face, he must be doing something right in training.

v.moses is more certain to be a starter but Nacho is not, is more wise for the team to look for one of the starters for the set piece duty.

That penalty was a clear dive, yes there was a little contact but no enough to get him down. You guyz see the dribbles and win, i see mistakes he made that would av been a potential goal.

know that poland's goal was a clear one, next time when result dont come in our favor dont complain oo.
Same too. it looked like the Welbeck dive Vs Milan in the Europa cup. But the ish there was this one had contact and that's why it was given.

Methinks we live in an era of football where 9/10pk given are not genuine. it's just a ploy based on the fact that the ref can't see all tackles, so it's the reason card for simulation was created, but that rule is just too soft and useless in vital cases.

The decision is still on the ref's concentration.

But who wouldn't take such a risk for his team?

we need that type cos it's been used to cheat the SE in time so past as well.

My Balogun statement as LB was a mistake.

I tell u what, I loved Shehu's outside the box foul. I remember last season's el clasico when Messi removed his shirt, Ronaldo shouted "You should have fouled him." This is what Nigerian football misses at times, normally the defender would just watch like a deer in headlight. Also I have noticed that teams believe they can 'punk' us with hard fouls. Poland would have stopped fouling if they noticed that we were going to take it out on Lewandowski. I think he only got fouled one time and that is just pitiful. We need to start kicking people grin I mean not to injure them but to let them know that this is a fight.

Sir let us be analytical here and talk football and don't let us be emotional on mere football issues.

Let us learn from one another so that we can enjoy this great thread. We all watched yesterday match and is a must for us too talk about the positives and negatives of the game.

Minnd you we view football differently and opinions must be differed based on individual knowledge and experience

Uzoho i watched yesterday still has a long way to go and the only way out is to keep on improving in every game.Uzoho against Argentina was more confident than Uzoho against Poland,if you doubt it go and watch the two matches again.

Kudos to Rohr for believing in him and this is what a good coach do and compare Ajiboye performance against Morocco with Uzoho is out of it.

Pls try and swap the two, Ajiboye with great defenders like Balogun and Leon against Poland and Uzoho with defenders like Eze and Orji against Morocco team B,then we can talk.

Truly Uzoho deserve our praise but any criticism should not be termed as personal cos we all want the best for Eagles.

I hope to see Uzoho again again so Serbia with more convincing performance.
Bro no one is denying the fact that Uzoho is a rookie and still has a lot to learn. But for Christ's sake this "rookie" kept one of the world's finest finishers at bay. He denied Lewandowski a goal in a one-on-one situation. He was able to stand his ground with a clean sheet against the toughest opposition he's ever confronted in his career as a rookie.

Not many people watching that match all over the world would expect Lewandowski to be subbed off so early in the second half without a goal to his name (Lewandowski was simply frustrated!) if at all he would be subbed,- Making one if the world's finest goal poachers look somewhat ordinary when he was supposed to have a field day against a rookie goalkeeper.

When that one-on-one chance between Uzoho and Lewy popped up. I myself never imagined Uzoho would block that shot that was heading between his legs.

Yes Uzoho was jittery in the early stages of the match but What else do you expect from a rookie playing against in a high tension game away to Poland with Lewandowski?

Bro what else do you want from a "rookie" that survived and kept a clean sheet against one of the world's elite forwards??

Normally when you make that run, a midfielder steps back a little to cover your tracks.

In retrospect not capping Ebuehi against Algeria was a stupid decision. Not because we might lose him to Holland but because playing Shehu that day cost us something dear. In other words we gained nothing and lost everything from that match.

Seriously either Shehu or echiejile shouldn't near Russia

Both of them are not ready for world Cup

I see people saying Shehu tried yesterday; but am just surprised because to me watching him yesterday was horrible... He was slow as Bleep and lacked composure. Everything about Shehu game yesterday screamed AMATURE. upon say the polish player wasn't really good
Imagine shehu facing any decent player then we are really doomed because the only positive thing I observe about shehu was just his normal African strength which will cost us if care is not taken.

To be sincere i rate him as our worst player yesterday.

But he plays week in week out mostly as a RB in the championship and has been voted the best RB in the championship.

A player needs opportunity so we can actually see what he can do. Training gives you some insight but he needs a full 45 minutes in a game before any initial deductions can be made.

The question has to be answered in relation to the SE does he bring something more than Shehu and or Ebuehi. So he should be tried at RB as well.

It's possible that Aina can play both RB & LB then that's a very good plus ➕ for the team.

I do think that Aina may combine better with V.Moses from thier Chelsea experience.

He's actually played a few games as LB. 11 as lb, 18 as rb.

We really missed Mikel obi, dere was no balance in d midfield. Iheanacho can't play in dat position. Wished mikel played, dey could have make some couple of good passes from midfield to attack. Dey really did not play badly. It was just few times in training together after some months of playing together, believe dey will gel more & more when dey camp for world cup
I like the fact that we played without him. Everyday is not Christmas.

We played without him and lacked creative edge, but our defence soaked up the pressure well. To me that's okay for me. We need not repeat the Onazi Vs Matuidi incident in any of our matches come this mundial.

Moses and Ighalo seen not to gel to me cos of Moses selfishness. If only that false 9would be our preference.

One hit the bar, one was actually a goal and then he saved one, not exactly a good performance from someone who y'all want to believe is half as good as Enyeama was at his age. I am all for youth and stuff but only when the young ones are good enough

You know that if I didn't watch the match, I would have actually believed you. But thank God for stats and records.

You say not a good performance and he caught only one shot, but www.flashscore.com is saying otherwise

Or were they back pass that he saved undecided

When I say they are haters of this present SE on this thread, some peeps don't believe me. Some say they are not haters but critics. And I wonder what type of critics see "white" and call it "black"

Yesterday they were 6 shots on goal and Uzoho saved them all
