junnyjake:so, you know we don't have time, but you're still complaining. We don't have any experienced keeper in the current fold. And even the so-called experienced ones have zero experience in a level as high as the world cup, so, what are we talking about? There are 32 teams in the World Cup and bad as e be, we cannot have the worst keeper in the tournament So, let us just suck it up and carry our baby to Russia, laslas anything wey enter, we can always say na small pikin we carry go 11 Likes |

safarigirl: Ahap! My point was that Uzoho doesn't have the time to learn all those things before the WC proper, and it's bad that we have to take whatever he's offering due to lack of other quality options. 2 Likes |

MetalJigsaw: Robert Lewandowski had only one thing on his mind and that was to get the shot off. He had a wide open man that he could have laid the ball off to but all he was concerned about was getting the ball on his left foot but he took too long and before he could get a shot off Francis was off his line and snuffed the chance out. The boy did a great job but this is not Lionel Messi taking a shot on his right foot when the whole world thinks he is about to pass. 2 Likes |

Only way Agbo gets to play against Serbia is if he benches either Ndidi or one of Balogun and Ekong. |

You want to insult someone, be a man do it like it like a man, caz, I don't really get why you'd want to apologize in advance before insulting me. 'I'm sorry sir, but you're stupid', 'no offense, but you are a slowpoke', 'no vex, you be mumu' Pray tell, what's really your life ambition? What are you willing to achieve with your life by doing that? Is it to make me feel guilty about replying with vile words? To dampen the spot you're about to stab with your hurtful words? Or to make one appear more stupid? I just don't get it. |

Victor Moses... Top super star of the team.... Dribbling king... And our biggest Gun and best impact weapon after Odogwu Mikel. But @bolded.... He is not our highest goals scorer since Rohr took over. That title specifically belongs to none other than Kelechi Iheanacho. Martz101: |

With Mikel Obi absent for the Serbia game, I would love to see Nacho benched and brought on maybe later (if the need arises) since Ighalo will get to strike as the no.9. It all depends on what formation Rohr employs for Serbia on Tuesday. We could have Iwobi or Joel as the no.10... But let's see what Rohr does. The SE midfield selection is one I am looking forward to no doubt against the likes of Adem Llajic, Milinkovic savic and Nemanja Matic. We have Etebo available... There is Ndidi, Onazi, Joel, Ogu.. And now Agu.. Mehn... Pick your midfield cocktail... Lol Ndidi-Ogu-Joel OR Ndidi-Joel-Iwobi OR ......... (fill in the the rest) But my biggest desire is to see Uzoho start again against Serbia. But will it happen? Truth is, we need to build on his showing against Poland. Rohr is showing his cards gradually in that goalkeeping dept and it is so obvious his trust and faith in Uzoho is bigger than most think. Rohr may have made up his mind on his no.1 but just want these friendlies to make his decision have more credibility in the eyes of the fans and so far, his faith in the young lad has been rewarded. 1 Like |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 1:28am On Mar 25, 2018 |
You are right. And I really hope Rohr follows this script and starts him against Serbia. And what I mean by Rohr showing his cards is simple: Rohr trusts Uzoho's potentials and qualities more than he does the "experience" of Ezenwa and Akpeyi so in as much as Uzoho needs more of these Grade A Pre-WC friendlies to build confidence and his morale as Rohr prepares him for the number 1 slot, it is also clear that Uzoho's growing positive performances so far will make the decision easier for Rohr to make without much cries of fouls from majority of the fans. Rohr is killing two birds with one stone. No.1 is Building Uzoho's confidence levels with top rated games as the talent is not in doubt. And then, no.2 is Uzoho's fine showings in these games further justifying Rohr's faith in the lad and in the eventual decision to make him no.1 in Russia. *modified to set the records straight #PeepingIntoTheMindOfRohr tbaba1234: |

Akpeyi will be unable to join the team in London... I think that rules out his chances to be number 1 at the WC. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Some people will be calling for ajiboye on this thread, maybe they think chan is a world stage, they will still be the ones to blame the ajiboye if he makes a little mistake, make we manage the uzoho wey we get abeg,we are not the team with the worst goal keeper 3 Likes |

Our strength is in our midfield. Rohr should adopt 4-5-1 system against tough opposition like Argentina. He should test run against England |
