God can not call you and not make a way. Ask God to reveal himself to your wife that truly He was the one that called you.
Again, your mission statement of calling may not be to establish a new church. May be that was why God has not revealed himself to your wife. God is never a God of confusion, if truly he want you to break away from your church, He would have revealed it to your wife even in a slightest way to serve as conviction to her.

Since, u are so sure about your calling , pls you need to pray to God so that he can work on your wife because family comes first before the ministry. Also I think there is sth you are not doing well because your wife cannot just against you like that, there is sth you are not doing right.
Also starting a ministry with someone might not too good except God instructed you to do so. The bottomline of everything is prayer. Continuing praying God will intervene in the situation.

You have a calling. The other partner does he also have a calling. Have you prayer the prayer of enquiry to the one who called you to find out his plans and start date.

Who did he send you to as mentor or you think say to preach different sermons for one year na beans.
