All i have is a statement of result for the pre-degree programme showing a breakdown of my scores during the one year programme , i dont think there's a transcript for that.

I don't think you can successfully evaluate without a cert/notification of result and transcript but there's no harm in adding it to your cart if you have spare cash. Maybe you'd set a precedence for others here to follow

YES you can fax it. Try hellofax.com. That is the advice here.
I just sent mine using hellofax.com, went smoothly and they have already acknowledged receipt.
