What if those people already have all the items of furniture you listed here? They will not be able to buy your furniture and used electronics. And how much is a new rechargeable fan, that you now want to sell an old used one for 13k? With 25k or less you can even get a brand new microwave, so why should a used one cost 20k? After how many years of usage? Chai! And if annual rent is 400k, then additional 3 months rent should not be more than 100k extra. Total should be 500k. So which one is 1.1 million again, inside this matter? Or is it just the used furniture that has been grossly overpriced that is 600k?

(sigh!) I am not criticising you or your post. I merely pointed out a few facts you may have overlooked, in your bid to make this deal happen. If you can take a 2nd look at your prices for the furniture & electronics, and bring them down, then you might be able to close the deal quicker. Kindly ensure that you notify your landlord as well.
