gamaliel9: stop giving unnecessary credit. Keshi changed Mikel to a game changer. Moses too was a game changer then, even Omeruo and Echejile he made them game changers. I am not trying to downplay Rohr's inputs but credit to where it is due |

You are very right Boss J. Many more football fans even beyond Nigerian fans in England wanna see the Super Eagles in action and want to catch live glimpses/actions of the team that has been beating big guns recently. That is something the NFF should really cash into. The more the capacity viewing, the more the money to be made. Also the NFF can cash in via selling some Super Eagles merchandise like Eagles caps, bands, shirts, jerseys, etc... all at the match venues. So much to be said and done but well, we hope they can step up their game shaa.... #NGASRB on my mind. joseph1013: 3 Likes |

I don't dance around the bush. It happens too much in Nigerian league. Even Solace Chukwu commented on that thread. Our league is plagued with rottenness and you know it. No need arguing with you. We all know the truth which cannot even be argued against. BascoVanVeli: 1 Like |

MetalJigsaw:My oga don't compare the two great coach. Keshi is in the pinnacle of Nigeria football history as a great player and coach, remember Keshi won Afcon and qualified Nigeria for WC reaching 2nd round equating Westerhoff record. Out of these achievements Rohr has just equate one which is WC qualification,so too early to compare the duo. Keshi record is there for Rohr to beat so let's keep on watching and continue supporting our dear eagles for better outing at mundial. 2 Likes |

MetalJigsaw:. Such a myopic idi*t Adeboye Amosu is. how could he say Balogun had a poor game against Poland. i suspect he didn't watch the match. Ebuehi has nothing to prove again, he is better than Shehu. Iheanacho an inconsistent performer in the international scene? Lawd, what brand of weed does this man smoke? 8 Likes 1 Share |

kingphilip: Not really, he was using a standard to judge a player Omeruo and his favourite player failed that standard, Teams transfer policy can't be used to judge how good a player is. |

Mujtahida:Sir pls tell me the different between Iorfa and Ebuehi first statement on Nigeria invitation before he changed his mind. Did we nail Ebuehi cos of that after he said yes to us,No but Iorfa saying yes if he get invitation is an issue now. I know Iorfa is not on Rohr radar for now,if Rohr need him no issue he get him ASAP regardless of his father statement cos he didn't use Ebuehi earlier stance to deal with the young boy. 1 Like |

Kog45:There is a difference. When a person takes a clear cut position it helps you know where you stand and what needs be done. Ebuehi was straight and ultimately he was persuaded. Iorfa was doing two timing. It's easier to toast a lady who spurns your first advance than the one who dances one step towards you and another step away from you. 2 Likes |

Hey guys, I know this is the super eagles thread, but since this is the thread with all the soccer major weight on nairaland, I was wondering does anyone have an update concerning Super Falcons friendly with France ? I heard some of the ladies invited are backing out because NFF's usual shoddy preparations. What do you guys think ? We have the chance to be a super soccer juggernaut in both world male and female competition and NFF is only focusing on the male team. In this day and age of Feminism, #metoo and woman empowerment, not fully supporting the Super Falcon is simply bad business, I bet a lot more brands are willing to put Asisat Oshoola's face with the new Nigerian Jersey than Mikel Obi's on their adverts and products. 1 Like |
