It's kinda funny how I end up here, but you know what? I am not disappointed.

One of the bosses has said something about the story been "Not too realistic" which I wouldn't want to bore you with another epistle on that.

But I'll like to draw your attention to this facts, though I understand you still think, you are a learner, but believe me, you're just a step below a professional... Here is my token;

There's two ways of narrating a story; either by Telling or Showing, and I think the latter is what I think will suite you most

What do I mean by showing?

Well, its simple! You have to put in some sort of descriptive "aroma" which will force (we) the readers, to picture the particular scene in mind, and make it look like they are watching film. Take your time, show us what the scene of the action looks like, so we can even like, have some pictures of what is happening in our mind.

Besides that, you are pretty awesome, and I see Chinua Achebe in you

Yes, I love your comment because it points at my let down so I can do better. I promise to work on it (the picture thing).

Although I feel the Achebe (My mentor) comparison is taken a bit too far considering I place that national hero above Adichie and Soyinka (my opinion though), at the same time I appreciate you feel I can develop my writing which is what I will attempt doing.
