I don't know if this has been answered but my neighbor is currently in Canada on a PR visa and she also had her US visa cancelled and she was returned from the airport in 2016. But in her case she appealed and she won the case and presented all the documents of correspondence with the US government especially the last one stating they regret cancelling her visa, I don't know what your situation is but as long as it wasn't revoked on criminal grounds and you were cleared you should be alright. Good day house, I am planning to enroll for Canada express entry too,part of the process is to take ielts(general) and evaluate result. I am a medical doctor and I have started WES(paid to Wes already ) evaluation, but my school has not send the result, I later got to know that doctors evaluate tru physician apply and not WES. What should I do? Should I refund my money or something else can be done?. Pls can someone advise me. Thanks

I just have one inquiry, I have decided to enter the pool as married in a few months, I would like to be advised if I should continue all applications with my current surname (I have started my document evaluation and written Ielts with my current name), would a name change (taking my fiance's name) affect me in any way?.

The choice is yours. Personally I would say stick with your current name until you are both in Canada then you can change it. This will avoid having to submit additional documents and going through the stress at this stage. It is what I did. We are currently on IP1 and didn't change my name

The letter of reference must be written by clients stating you have provided them with the service and you should also be able to show payments from the clients in repect of the services.
Your current up to date tax clearance is fine.
Bank statement should be as far back as you can provide. If you can show from inception, that will be better. Six months is too short.

In my application, one client was a bank that we had business account with and they always made payments into the account so i used the entire account history. The other references paid at different times into personal accounts so i highlighted the payments made from such clients.
If the nature of your job doesn't require confidentiality, you can add the specifics of the jobs you have done, including pictures. If your business has an online presence you can include it.

Secondly,the company deals in other thing like oil e.tc.its a privately owned business with a branch in usa. nd my oga is one with an icake idea. Na our hand we dey take collect salary. Nd we no get payslips.
How do I prove this.as I am putting my documents together.

I've been helping someone with processing things and I advised that PA's spouse who is good in French should write both IELTS and the French test. Spouse has written the french test but I still insisted that she writes IELTS in order to increase their scores for better chance of clinching ITA in good time cos age isn't on their side.

I hope I am right......
