I feel pained when I see Youths trying to make a living being scammed by these guys on nairaland. The trusted exchangers take advantage of it to buy at a very low rate.

I would advise you to open a payoneer account. There is nothing more than that. I also opened a US verified PayPal account but then, I haven't used it on fiverr and don't even know how to go about using it.

I have had many experience with scammers, i can declare him a scammer. He gave a deadline, if he doesn't meet that, then you can call him a scammer. Hoping he pays tho.

You guys should move on. You have been scammed. Try and get a payoneer card, then use bank to withdraw your money.

Me, I am even happy that payoneer disabled make a payment option on my account. I don't have to worry about scammers again.
