Except he abuse you sexually, physically or mentally which. You have not open up. You have no bases to hate him. Notwithstanding, try and get someone to open up to. We have all got through one thing or the other growing up still yet I love my dad of the blessed memory despite we went through hunger, suffering and lack sometimes. I can't blame him it made me became better person.

3. Get an apartment far from home and move

4. Be firm and set boundaries and contact them less often.
