jamace: yes he wanted to decline because as a human he was a; amazed at Danjuma's rejection, and you know obj is muritala greatest loyalist so if he hurriedly take it would be as if he has been craving for the seat but the seat was first given to danjuma ,. then talking about seniority, do you know that when abacha died, lieutenant Gen. Jeremiah useni was the most senior officer at the time ? , but he wasn't given rather they gave it to abdusalam abubakar. |
