The Flexisaf guys are saying if you got the mail and you are not able to choose your examination centre(i.e if it says you have not been shortlisted), it means the message was not meant to be sent to you. Sorry about that.

Let's wait till Tuesday ans log in again...since it's within the 72 hour period they stated in the email...

I don't think it is right for you to insinuate geopolitical bias. Quite a lot of people were shortlisted without knowing anyone. You are not the one to determine who is qualified or not. More so, you guys have the NDDC scholarships and many more to enjoy to which other regions are denied.
Please let's allow peace reign and coexist as mature Nigerians.
