You told us David Luiz is a top defender and better than Boateng, So you cannot be telling us Chelsea doesnt have good defenders and pointing to Boateng as the good defender Bayern has when all you have told us for several years is that Boateng isnt good enough

Those players grew in Bayern and led Bayern to CL and Germany to world cup victories, they didnt flee to Barcelona or Madrid to join ready made winners, they won in Bayern.

We definitely need to do something about our midfield(fabregas and bakayoko), get a new striker, a CB and a right back or rwb.
