Using the AXA Mansard app, I tried increasing my funds in my account only to notice an additional 1k ''transaction charge'" so I stopped and tried their website and there was no such charge. So my question is, do we always have these 'charges' when using the AXA Mansard app ?

Yes but do not use the app. Also try and do it on a working week day.

I started with arm mmf middle of February with 200k and have been tracking my accrued interest amount, as at thursday it was over N3, 300. Only for me to login now to see that my accrued investment is now zero been but my investment amount of 200k still showing on the dashboard. What could be the problem? I have sent a mail to their customer care, awaiting their response...

Don't be bothered, first quarter of 2018 is about to end. starting from 4th April the accrued interest will be paid into ur bank account or added to ur capital depending on what you filled in ur form. Another 3 months from now will be the end of 2nd quarter. There are four quarters in a year.

I am experiencing the same thing oooo, the interest accrued isn't accurate.....I hope its a mistake

Were you paid the total interests for three months? Pls how does it work? I started in January 25 but I've not been credited any amount in my account

I also got credited same time as you but since I choose to reinvest the interest, the 1st quarter interest was added to my initial principal.

So the daily interest will be calculated based on the updated principal (initial principal + 1st quarter interest).
