From Iwo road, take a cab to New Garage. From New garage, you have two options:
1. Take a keke napep to Odo ona kekere and from there board a cab to Adebayo. The CRIN(Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria) is along the way before the last bus stop. Just take the driver, you will stop at CRIN.
2. Alternatively, from New Garage, board a cab straight to Adebayo and alight at CRIN. Just tell the driver you will alight at CRIN. It's a long the expressway. But getting a cab from New garage might take some time.

So, you might want to go with option 1.
