the information is very true, I was posted to Edo state in the last batch i.e ( B 2017) stream two, I opted against going because of my work, now I've re-enrolled for this batch and the registration was simplest you can imagine, all I did was to select my preferred States and that's all.
infact I did the registration with my phone

How about Ogun state?? Is Ogun better than Oyo?? What south west state is best for service?

What kind of people are posted to serve in Universities?

serve in rivers state. If you like social activities( cinemas, club, cool restaurants etc), easy transport system, security depends on the lga u are posted to but I personally recommend okrika and bonny lga because they are both relatively peaceful with a lot of cool places to hangout. Power supply in bonny is 24hrs while power supply in okrika is not too good. From okrika you can get an easy access to port Harcourt compared to bonny you need to board a boat or if you eventually make friend with a big LNG staff you might be lucky to use a chopper. House rent in okrika not too expensive it depends on the kind of house you want to rent and u can get affordable foods there, i dont really know much about food and rent cost at bonny.
But please avoid eleme, ahoada, ogba and emouha lga ( security reasons only)

Please, a friend of mine, had error in his date of birth he saw 1988 instead of 1983 , he is over 30 years, but the error means he have to go for service, and he wants to be exempted, he has never written waec, so he cant do the Waec verification, is there anyway he can rectify this issue

what should i do? what is the best way to handle the situation? will NYSC allow me to register on the 19th n leave camp on 20th to return after 28th?
