The delay doesn't sound like a fault of your agent as he/she has no control over your school.. Regarding detailed explanation of the entire process, please visit page 0 of the thread..
Everything they blame agent.

Please, I need URGENT ADVICE/HELP on use of agent for Canadian permanent residency processing. I have goner through an agent, who collected so much from me but my ECA is yet to be concluded due to delay from LASU in sending my MBA transcript to WES, other qualifications are sent and verified already but the agent said my previous payments have expired, that I need to pay another charge before being allowed back on the Canadian portal. WHAT DO I DO AT THIS JUNCTION?

IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ENTER THECANADIAN PORTAL MYSELF? IF YES, PLEASE, KINDLY PROVIDE LINK FOR SUCH.

I have my POF ready, my IELTS result ready as well, just my MBA transcript from LASU is causing delay.

House, please, kindly advise.

Thanks while I await responses.
It depends on the contract you signed with the agent. For instance when I used Campbell Cohen, it was part of the contract to pay the balance before submission of my file to cic or after 60days of initial payment;whichever one comes ist. I also didn't have assess to my cic account.
So if that is your case, pay them their Money because a deal is a deal or write them that you no longer require their services.

Then you can go to page 0 and read read read.
Please note that choosing to discontinue with your agent doesn't make nairalanders your new free agents. So you would have to read a lot and understand the process as it pertains to you.

Good women and men are always here to answer your informed questions.

Good luck.

Hello all, thanks for the good works here.

Please I need your help. I am a lawyer with masters in Law. Therefore I have three degrees, my bachelors degree (LL.B). Law School Degree (BL) and Masters Degree (LLM). However, for my express entry application, I did ECA only for my Masters degree (LLM) which is equivalent to Canadian masters degree.

My question is this, while filling the studies section in express entry profile, should i:

1. Fill my Masters degree only and say yes to ECA and don't fill my bachelors and law school degree OR

2. Fill all the three degrees but say Yes to ECA for my masters degree only and answer NO to my Bachelors and Law school degree. Your BL isn't a degree, it's a certification.

3. Third question, please what is number of hours for NYSC work experience? I want to use it but i don't know the number of hours to write

Thanks for your kind response. I really appreciate you all.

Dear poster,
I would recommend with immediate effect you DELETE the Agent’s phone number(s) and if possible severe relationship with this fund sucking individual(s). *pls don’t mind my language my brother can’t join this canny waka because of these useless agents n there dubious ways got 5yts ban for associating with them.
You do not need to pay him a kobo anymore. You are here(nairaland) now and take it that your freedom has come.
Go to page 0 to get a grasp of what you need.
If You are willing please pm me to get a snap shot of links I extracted from the wonderful page 0.
Like I mentioned earlier delete the Agent’s contact details and commence this journey on a clean slate. DO NOT BE LIKE MY BROTHER OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

You better go and evaluate it. My friend just got her report from WES for NTI for PGDE. And she equivalent to Canadian One year certificate plus her BSC so she got two or more certificates. Her score is 460 in the pool. She don dey gather documents already.

Hello, I had nti's PGDE before doing my Masters. Does evaluating both PGDE and M.sc make any difference? or I should just evaluate my M.sc only as planned.

Thanks

Is it visa gold you used or visa debit? i have called them and they are saying the card cannot be used open internet transaction. It is over 24hours the dollar has been there and it is a visa debit account.
sweetrie:
When did you put dollar on the card? It takes about 24 - 48hrs for the dollar to actually reflect on the card. If it keeps declining, call the the number on the back of the card, you can also get a screenshot of the response you keep getting and take it to the customer service officer at the bank

Pls all the gurus in the house help me

let me state it like this..can someone help me calculate my crs score with this information cos seeing my point(262) is killing me

There are several ways you could increase your CRS
1. Make your wife the principal applicant, with the guess that she is younger
2. You could also enrol her in NOUN for a post graduate program to boast her CRS
3. As regards the IELTS, you need to work hard at improving your band score.

Just evaluate your M.Sc, the PGDE will not make a difference rather you will be paying more to evaluate ( the cost of the PGDE transcript and the evaluation fee could be channeled into something else)

Nahhh. You need to evaluate your JSCE transcript from JSS3 with your MSc to claim "three or more certificates". The 3 in JSS3 will be evaluated to represent 3 certificates. So your CRS will be like 700. Good luck.

Pls, I want to find out if it is possible to register and pay for the "IELTS General Training" test online through this link https://www.britishcouncil.org.ng/

If yes, then I will appreciate a link on where I can find the steps to go about the registration process, or a summarized guide from anyone who has done it online before now.

Thanks as I await a prompt response.
