Hi all. I'm really grateful for this thread. Learnt a lot. I will be registering for CIPM tomorrow to enable me take the August exam. With an MBA in HR, they said I'd start from PE1. No mine took a week or so.
Probably the board is yet to sit.

Maybe you should go there in person instead of sending messages. It happened to me but mine was 6months. Whatever the outcome of the visit will determine if you need a lawyer or not.

Gather documents showing the monthly deductions , your letter to the company , evidence of being employed by the company , account statement of your RSA and write a petition to PENCOM on your grievances. PENCOM will take it up from there , do ensure you follow up at least twice a week with pension. You might as well notify the company of your decision
