I really don't know why,as it was the first time of me being turned down by a girl. But now there's this girl in my area off k where i stay and i really like her and want to walk up to her but each time i remember the rejection from the last girl, my ballz just shrink and roll back into my stomach

Don’t overthink it, just walk up and talk to her. It's that simple.

With enough effort, you can make drastic changes very quickly. That’s the good news. The bad news is that it will require you to understand that you will need to go through a period which is going to be very uncomfortable for you. You will need to get out of your comfort zone and do things that scare the absolute shit out of you.

You will also need to understand that:
• Girls aren’t magic. They’re people like you and me.
• “Talking to girls” will need to become a part of your everyday life, not just something to do when you’re drunk in a club.
• You will always get rejected. A lot. Get used to it.
• Some women simply won’t find you attractive, no matter what you do.
• There is no “perfect pickup line”.

THE only thing you need to do is try and try and try again.
Keep talking to women, keep escalating, keep crashing and burning. Keep failing and getting rejected. Without a doubt, it is the fastest way you will learn to talk to girls.

Just think about this:
Number 1 reason why most guys don’t know how to talk to girls is because they don’t talk to girls.
Number 2 reason: Don’t get all up in your head with the techniques and the lines and the perfect time and body position.

Ask for something. Ask for directions even if you don’t need them. Ask her for anything and then say “I am just kidding, I just wanted to talk to you”. Ask her what’s her favorite movie. Ask her absolutely anything. It really doesn’t matter what you say. Just get her to talk.
Or just walk over and say “Hi”. In reality, that is everything you need to do to talk to a girl. It has at least a 90% success rate.
