*Payroll Officer; Summary of Job Description*
Preparation of employees’ monthly compensation using a payroll software and reporting on all payroll activities and expenses periodically.
Role holder must also ensure compliance with all wages and tax regulations.

A smart accounting/HR professional with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Payroll Officer (or a related role) preferably in the Finanical Services sector. Advanced excel skills will be a huge advantage.

Okay since your ad is out, it means that you have a JD and a JS already. After your benchmark or stipulated application deadline , filter the CVs using the process embedded in your organizational culture and shortlist the most suitable going by the outlined JD and JS.
